Cafeteria is one of the lower cost items, the profit gets added automatically you can withdraw after you get to 50000 satoshi although I would recommend waiting. Also you can click the offices and claim the faucet every 8 hours.

I think you mean "Type Amount", there you have to type how many btc you want cashout.

At the same time, yes. (that's why you have 3 "PROGRESS" for each building)

When one or more reaches his cost*2 and it will be disabled, you can rebuy that, if you want.

Lol slow and boring? it pays every hour, between .1% and .13% how is that slow ? It's not like an actual game none of these programs are gonna be fun like an actual game obviously. This is my favorite program so far, and there is a faucet btw the amount generated by the faucet increases if you buy properties, but even if you don't buy anything you can still claim the faucet.

A high transaction fee is necessary for the longevity of the program I know it's annoying but just try to wait a bit longer so it's worth it to withdraw as the longer you wait the lower the percentage it will be.
