I was informed by the management that, you canceled your own bonus and then wrote to support if they can re-add it. They choose to do so out of courtesy. You have been informed the rules but you have chosen not to follow it.

When the first time the bonus was added it automatically deleted itself again, i had done nothing, the admin said i cancelled it myself but i dont think so, i was just checking the terms and the bonus was gone, then the admin added it again.
What rules? It is nowhere written that you cannot play other games than pragmaticplay, not even on this thread. The important thing is i made the required wagering requiments with pragmaticplay, but accidently played other games too, why should that be against rules?
As long as i wagered the required balance on pragmaticplay there is no breach of rules.
So if i dont receive my payout then this is clearly SCAM.
I don't blame them for my loss but not sure why they promoting site while it's not fully functioning.
