This is what I understand too base on the complaint of some members here for holding the withdrawal winnings of the bonus. The user that keeps blabbing about Royse is complaining on holding the funds by just using the bonus outside pragmatic games slots. Since there’s no clear rule here about the bonus(maybe on the casino bonus tab), Maybe this bonus is dedicated for sports betting free bet since he can place a wager using the bonus.

I read in the previous comments that it could only be used in Pragmatic games but, unfortunately, the provider restricts access from my area. I got the same as you when using the phone before, but when I opened the laptop I have to push the active button on the bonus page. And don't forget to click Use bonus money when bet.

They are clearly lying through their teeth. Why? Because they aren't providing any sort of proof to backup their statements and just keep accusing the casino which implies that they are simply mindless trolls.Some of them have issues with Royse which is why they are trying to defame him and this site which isn't working since they are in the wrong.
towards the site or this platform without even showing off some proofs in regarding with the issue or problems and even the owner itself had boggled out on why it do happen.

You are right he deliberately created more accounts and made the same accusations to pressure the casino this is an old method used by many spammers in this forum

I can confirm I can place the bet successfully by using the free bet, thanks for the assist What I like in Bitlucy is even they're still brand new casino but their sites almost completed with many selection of games and providers.
