All 3 account that said scam in the top is under the same owner.Not really surprise, we already know. I'm more prefer believe from the casino side, since they give some more proof comparing to the one who said empty word and only can do spamming for his issue.
Nothing surprise, while someone broke T&C and then they will using "scam" word while the mistake because of them self ~XD
You are right he deliberately created more accounts and made the same accusations to pressure the casino this is an old method used by many spammers in this forum
one thing that caught my attention this guy really knows how to put pressure means he is not a new user. When we look at a case we look more at evidence than accusations we can decide which one is trustworthy based on the evidence at least the casino tries to provide an explanation and doesn't ignore it.
Unfortunately, there is not much that can be done with those people, especially since the forum rules do not prevent the publication of similar allegations And even if there is a law that imposes a perma ban on those profiles, they can easily create new accounts and start over. It is really good that no one really cares and the casino is doing a huge job to prove it worth the trust of its users.
This does not contradict my opinion that those accounts should be tagged.
They should be ignored, tagged, and ban if possible they are ruining a good business with their false allegations some of them are bribing casinos, their allegations will be supported if they can show proof and if their accusations are true and legit, the community will support who has the right version, there are so many accusers that lose huge money and they want to take revenge by inventing false accusations and they cannot sustain it, they just want a thread claiming they been scammed by this casino.
