Yes here is the response AFTER i recieved my tracking. About 2 weeks old support ticket.

"Sorry for inconvenience.
This time the miner and PSU are shipped separately due to limits of space.
Our shipping team is rushing to ship the PSU orders, your order is shipped already, please pay your attention, thanks"

So the part or "weird" part of the message for me was.
"Due to limit of space" now if someone can try to explain what that means? Lol.
My miners were shipped on nov7th. My psu wont arrive till monday to clear custom. And it is alot of psu. So almost a month of most new miners not running..

Dude you need to calm down watch some youtube videos. learn how to make a batch code then break the code into 3 sections.

Figure out how to find the d3 menu and start from there. if you learn what the batch file does and how it works then people would be more inclined to help. do some research read watch youtube. learn about computers before you jump in. i am inclined to think you may be a troll though. your post made me laugh real hard so eith way it is funny.

These things are not so bad now.. not great, but not as bad as everyone expected. Now if you guys wouldve kept off the prohashing or zpool and kept dash. Your profits wouldve sky rocketed. But anyways mine dash keep dash! Thats all you need to do. As for bitmain they fking finally shipped my psu, after 3 weeks of waiting withm d3 sittinng in the boxes still.
