Anyone November 21-30 batch ship yet?
Mine were already shipped (without PSUs) but now stuck at fedex because hosting company I sent them to had changed the address recently and I need bitmain to approve the address change. Grrr.
So my PSU have been shipped as well. Unfortunately again to wrong address because my ticket has not been processed yet.
Big thanks to all of you opening useless tickets like "when will you ship my order .. etc" flooding the zendesk so people with serious issues can't get them solved quickly.
Can anybody give me hint how to make it faster?
If you ordered them after August 15th , Bitmain wouldn't change shipping address, I am afraid.

If it not shipped yet, than you may open ticket to change the address and hope they will help you out.
Although its state that order after August 15th cannot change their shipping address, but i, somehow being honored to change it, with "a little lost" as my que back to last in those batch (i think) since they will open new order and void the previous one.
Another rule is order within 30 days cannot change address, since they already summit the shipping list, but keep the finger cross, and try open a ticket, hope the best.
Unfortunately shipped already and almost at it's destination. I have opened ticket already (3 days ago), but as cuteman said it took him 2 weeks. So I have to be patient (it's pretty hard).
I'm already at big lost so any additional minor lost drives me crazy. Would gladly sacrifice coupons to speed things up if possible.
Speaking of which, has anyone received the coupons bitmain promised? I did not.
