Hi,

I'm using bitmain's antpool and making more or less around what this (whitomine) is saying I should be making: https://[Suspicious link removed]/qxSFMq (3.4$/ day)
Just tried it out with nicehash 30 minutes ago, and indeed I'm 1$ short from the approximately 3$ that it can make...so it's significant if you look at it in %. Like 30% more.

Anyway, hope it helps. I personally just tested nicehash and www.antpool.com so far, so maybe there is something better. Hope anyone has any other feedback around this.

Guys, right now you will  be around a dollar a day better on Granatgas than Nicehash. The demand to rent hashing power in X11 is pretty soft these days so Nicehash is lagging. Granatgas will mine the most profitable coin for you. At Nicehash you're just renting your hash to others and not mining anything in particular so your profit relies more on demand for that hash. In better time Nicehash is usually a very solid option. It's stable, consistent and easy to use. Things are very tight right now so you have to be vigilant and flexible.

I just received my D3 a few days ago, and the APW3++ actually arrived a day earlier. Shipping was 3 days and two days respectively. My unit is also running smoothly at ~19GH/s. I guess I'm just really lucky?

Kind of a bummer that my first ASIC miner isn't going to be very profitable, but that's my fault for not doing more research ahead of time. Have an S9 arriving at the end of the month so we'll see how that goes.

Any recommendations for X11/DASH mining pools? I'm just using nicehash for the time being.

Did anyone asked bitmain regarding unshipped power supplies?

I don't like being the bearer of bad news, but their PSUs are as unreliable as their miners and shipping. Sad

Hope it works out for you...

Excuse me M , how can i find your ref ? would please give me a link to it.... My friend has L3 and he was mining at nicecash and donot know any other way Smiley

so your help with your ref  will be very pleased, thanks  Smiley

Hello, you have to register on their site.  That will automatically give you an internal wallet address.  Use that address as your miner username on Nicehash, and it will mine to your internal wallet at 2% fee instead of the 3-4% fee.

It pays to that address once a day.  You can withdraw from there for a 0.0005 BTC fee.  Check their fee schedule for details.

PSU's from Bitmain have been consistently 2-3 weeks after you get whatever bitmain product you order...has been that way since this last Summer

(bitmain: it is how we roll! evil rocks!) (tm bitmain)

strange but i got my PSUs together with my miners last months.

Look, this is from their email.

2. Ass*ole in California posting here on the forums,  from who I bought 2 D3 miners without escrow, disappeared, lost money.

What member status did he have?  and did he delete his profile now?

That Ass*oles thread is right here:

Pity you lost money(.   He was a newbie, don't trust them.   Though i was a newbie not long ago, but i made a few deals with non-newbie guys here. They usually have positive rating.

Clueless!
where is link for last updated for 20 gh speeD? Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

see my Pm to you...if you are getting anywhere near 18.5gh to 19gh on your unit you are doing great

the 20gh does NOT work on the 1st batch stuff that says 17.5gh ..it chokes if you try to set it as high as the 1499 unit versions in  those batches

I am getting 16 gh stable on 1st unit ($2.6k)

and about 18.5gh to 19gh on the 2nd unit ($1.5K)

total is 35gh more or less ...

anyway just saying

Bitmain is shipping my D3 but no tracking number of the PSU (November's batch) along side with it, great!

many D3's will be forced to turn off soon after the A5s start running, unless they have much cheaper than average (or free) power. Dash
Is there the estimate how many A5 and S9 will be issued?  There were figures about a few doxen thousand of D3s.
Based on this we could tell what will be the A5 impact.
s9 mines sha 256 so no impact on x11 algo.

sorry i mistyped. i meant D3 not s9

Great,
my 9 D3 miners have been shipped to Giga-watt.
Guess what Giga-watt cannot host them, hahaha.
Bitmain refused to change the shipping address.

I got screwed this many times in the last 2-3 months:

1. Fake site selling D3 miners, sent money for 2 miners and lost money.
2. Ass*ole in California posting here on the forums,  from who I bought 2 D3 miners without escrow, disappeared, lost money.
3. Giga-watt promising me space in their data-center now full and cannot take anyone new.
4. Bitmain not changing delivery address

All the above my fault, what else could possible go wrong?
Oh that's right running at a negative profit, point taken.

thanks to all the above jerks who made my last few months dreadful...

have a nice day Smiley
i bought 2 d 3
1 with 1500 dollar arived last weak
and one with 5000 $ from amazon not arriving yet
and profit 1 $ so i will turn them OFF
thx bitshit

interesting thoughts from Inno branch:

Once the Dash difficulty reaches 65 000 000 then D3's will officially cost more to run than they will be making. (at current rates ect..) The difficulty is at 36 000 000 as of the time of this writing.

Contrast that to the A5. The mining difficulty would have to reach 180 000 000 before the A5's are obsolete in the US (given average US power costs.. other areas will vary). If the A5 used the same power draw as the D3, then the network difficulty would need to reach 110 000 000 before profits are lost. Either way, much better than the D3 of course.

I thought I recognized that post Tongue
sorry did not put a trademark  Cheesy
