I have to ask what next trick of the one trick pony BITMAIN, can they make a faster s9? Many are saying NOT

Experts are saying they also can't do equihash or ethash anytime soon,  they must be really worried.

I suspect in a year nobody will even remember their name, like so many since 2011 that are no longer mentioned ( asic miners )

So how long do you think S9 and L3 will be profitable?

Why is Bitmain getting all the blames? A5 DashMaster started shipping in bulk FYI.
Why difficulty jumps to 50+ and back to 25?   Anybody can explain?

damn i was wrong i was expecting 50 mil diff but it seems now that it will go to near 60

i think bitmain is "testing" right now for before shipping
Yeah  Grin Grin Grin   Now difficulty retraced to 26M.   DO you think this is Bitmain who causes jumps to above 50M ??

Smart ass- luffa, cubehash, shavite, simd, and echo are ALL PARTS OF X11 CHAINED ALGORITHM. Why can't you just research on your own. You are like the vast majority of people here. Have no clue what's going on.

you are abs. right concerning the majority of persons here....really strange comments from a lot of so called business people....but your idea sounds really interesting....respect

I don't mine, but if any of you are worried about ROI on these D3's I think you should mine some MUE, (Monetary Unit) it has best prospects of all X11 coins at this point in time.

Ssshhhhh...... dont tell them

Or mine the most profitable and buy any coin you think has the best prospects.

To all the people that are claiming the Baikal devices are FPGA miners- FALSE.

FPGAs have similar performance to GPUs, but just much less power consumption. Do your research before making statements.

Baikal's previous generation used 40nm nodes on their full custom ASIC process. They originally wanted to build out their design using 90nm nodes, but of course they wouldn't have been as competitive as iBeLink and PinIdea that were also releasing X11 miners. I can presume their current design uses 28nm nodes on their ASIC. Bitmain uses 28nm for the D3 chips.
To counter you argument, Kindly explain the following,
1. Expalin Quark and Qubit Algos
2. Do you think that Other Manufacturers like Bitmain are so dump to work that out.
Its a FPGA period.

Please do your own research.

Quark - uses 9 rounds of hashing from 6 DIFFERENT ALGORITHMS all of which are parts of the chained X11 algo- blake, groestl, bmw, jh, keccak, and skein.
Qubit - combination of luffa, cubehash, shavite, simd, and echo.

It's an ASIC period.
Try to explain these things to Bitmain, its look like they dont know that, Otherwise they will never let Baikalminer enjoy the privilege of being whole sole providers of MultAlgo miners. Don't give us false hope.
You give my answer
Qubit - combination of luffa, cubehash, shavite, simd, and echo. All of these algos are not th part of X11 than, you just prove my point.

Smart ass- luffa, cubehash, shavite, simd, and echo are ALL PARTS OF X11 CHAINED ALGORITHM. Why can't you just research on your own. You are like the vast majority of people here. Have no clue what's going on.

i just calculated who bought september batch they got around 1800 usd from each D3, not yet ROI still 900 usd to go not counting PSU price and import taxes and also electricity Cheesy

and there are people who bought it for 10k from resellers they will never see ROI

we made mistake purchasing this unit, but some people did worse then us

but this will be good educational point for all of us Cheesy

I know guy  who bought it for 10K ... he sold it for 12k ... 2k profit ... probably biggest winner in this topic...
I got 35 pcs coming in late Nov - but im still optimistic about them , expect negative income in Nov and recovery from March...

Hope die last...

its the time to say good bye
i bought 1 from amazon its 5000$ d3
and another one from bitmain direct 1500 $
the 5000$ come today and the 1500$ i use it for 1 weak
for aprofit of 2 dollar aday i dont want this noisy heater so i decided to switch it OFF
thx bitshit for ur product

I'm sorry you got duped by a reseller on Amazon.  This could be a very useful, albeit expensive, lesson for you.

That said, don't blame Bitmain.  Take some responsibility for not doing the proper research beforehand before jumping in.

M
u r right but that time it was giving 200$ profit per day

thats ok i will never buy bitshit or deal with them or with there pools again
