I have two pending orders #1528 now pending for four months and order #1610 now pending for 3 months. When do you plan on resolving these issues? How much bit coin mining have my son and I missed out on during this ultra lengthy delay of taking care of business. We are US Navy Veterans with a limited income and where counting on these machines being delivered to us in September. We have invested in Power Supplies as well, fortunately those came from a dependable source but that also includes many dollars wasted as they are not being productive without the equipment that we ordered from you.
 
We have made every effort to contact you via email, phone, twitter, facebook and now this forum. You have stolen not only $800.00 from us but many months of missed bit coin mining, many hours in the efforts to get this issued resolved and the money spent on the Power Supplies.

You have my email addresses, my phone #'s, my bank account information and my shipping address. You have told me that you will get this resolved in a couple of your very infrequent responses (I think 3 over the last 4 months) and I'm still waiting. We are now going into the 5th month. When are you going to step up and show us the respect we deserve as a customer and the responsibility you have as a vendor.

I also have order from this site and have not received any communication since. This is no way to run a business. I can see that some people get their orders so I'm hopeful this can be resolved. My order number is 1738. I either want confirmation with tracking that my order is shipped or I want a refund. Had I known it would be a pain like this I would not have ordered. Had I received good service I probably would have ordered again.

He has been ignoring my emails too. I would be very cautious before buying anything from him for now. Leave negative feedback until your issue is resolved.

He was suppose to provide me with S4 coupons that i am entitled to after purchasing 4 S2's in the past. He still have not provided those coupons.

*They might not be worth much but its the principle that matters.

You agreed through private message on September 21, 2014 to will refund through PayPal.
I sent you my PayPal account number on September 26, 2014.
I have since written lots of private messages and emails without any response.
I have called your numbers without any answers. I have left messages in the answering machines without any response.

Please do the needful and process the refund.

Did shipping go up? It says 75U.S.D shipping. Any chance I'd get my miners faster with the increase or if I missed a coupon for discounted shipping.

I'd hope the s3+ hasn't raised too much in weight especially where the s3's were shipped in bubble wrap and not pre formed foam like the s1's.

I can't answer your question until we receive the first units and test the power at wall, the PSU is 110-240V autoswitch.

Does it use the entire 1400 watts? Its probably since I asked about the tubeminer but bitmain products usually say the average power usage.

I was also wondering if this is a 110 device or if I need a 240 power plug (the same as a US laundry Dryer) to make use of this.

We got your payment, the payment does not arrive in your name and does not include your order number as reference so was impossible for us to know who sent it, past week Bank of America contact us saying the credit was an error and asking us to authorize the reversal of the credit and we approved. Did you ask your bank to revert the payment?

What about my batch #5 order? I placed the order on Aug 2, 2014, and my bank has verified with your bank (BOA) that payment arrived in your account on Aug. 4, 2014. Yet it is still marked as "ON HOLD." At this point I'd like a refund. I have received no reply to emails and no one answers your phone.

Is simple I agree but usually we don't cancel because sometimes customers pay 2 weeks after the order.

Thanks!  Just re-checked my account and that order is now finally marked canceled.  Did it really have to be so hard?

Done Trevor, usually orders stay on-hold until we receive the payment, after some time we delete old On Hold orders.

Perhaps you don't remember, but it was following my order you "publicly" (as in via email to me, not statement to the public) announced no longer accepting escrow.com payment (your supposed gateway to CC and Paypal).  Fine, I've been requesting you ever since to delete the orphaned order from my account (#1418 placed July 30th).  You have to date ignored me -- it remains "on hold"!  Please delete it!
