Is it normal that orders is marked as expired an hour after payment? 
Don't fear to much, just e-mail them. Issues with their automatic update I do believe, I have boughten from bitmain twice, both times items shipped in two days after payment and I recieved in 3 days and 2 days after shipping. Last week I bought monday, had them friday at noon
. I <3 bitmain.

Yes, blockchain.info is the API for Bitmain, it is slow in reporting to Bitmain's payment site and often product ships before the site ever updates the status.
What's going on with U2 purchases? I am trying to place an order for them, and they aren't letting me buy.

NTP is the time syncronisation. If you go to system -> system. You will see the time syncronisation box. Try disable it.
I don't think its the config pool says its alive but no hashrate and the green light on the side of miner is not lit up.

Just enter pool.webcoin.us:3388 then hit Apply and Save.
stratum+tcp:// is irrelevant to the problem. I think it's his internet's problem. My assumption is that the ant lost internet connection -> causes the green light to blink.
I have stratum+tcp:// on my 3 pool addresses and my lovely little ant works fine!
Looks like pool settings/issue or something if he has getworks. I think Angus should try a bigger pool just to test.
Try BTCGuild or Eligius to see if it makes any difference.

Looks like your router is set to 192.168.2.x
Do you have access to your router? You have to change the router to 192.168.1.x in order to access to the antminer.
I have access to s1 those values are the s1's new address and my mining pool, funny enough ive switched pcie's and the green led on out side of miner on the board came back on. but still not hashing pools alive, zero hash rate
