hI aLL,
I had the same scam issue with BOG.
To start with I made the stupid mistake and paid bitcoins through coinbase. I guess I can still prove thought coinbase I paid the money.
The next issue was their hashing was off few bucks so that made me think there was something fishy. But it also opens the door for me to make a claim against them because the service was not as advertised.
Then Roy H promissed I would get my refund. Of course I didn't. They always say they will do something in 24 hours but it never happens. It is so frustrating to loose money that way.
Then we received an email from management saying that they had been hacked and they will double the time lost at the end of the contract. It is a joke because by that time with the network difficulty and the hashing power you have will bring you nothing. Why would you treat people like idiots. They are accumulating a lot of angry people.
The next thing is customer service for dynastack is very unprofessional. they are talking like they are on the street, no understanding of how to respond customers. I found them very unprofessional and disrespectful. Can't understand how a decent size business would even work with them but anyways.
Now, I am not sure if they really got hacked or they scam people's money or they hash some bitcoins and sold to some illegal organizations for cash.
We all know dynastack is the owner of this company. They mentioned this to many people so they can't deny this in the court of justice. We can get organize and do the following so that people like that would not scam honest people like us.
1. We report to consumer protection agencies in an organized way - everybody will report individually so they will have a lot of complaints and that will make it harder for them to do business. Also those agencies will contact them. I will give you a list of URLS to start that process.
2. We report this to media - we will individually contact to main media hubs so potential victoms or people who does business or who would potentially do business with them will think twice.
3. We report this to law enforcement agencies - they should be investigated in case they are involved in money laundering - the customer service said they are restoring the systems but it didn't at all. If they have the hardware where did all this bitcoins go? where are there. did the owner of the company sold those to a criminal for cash or what. I don't know. But I want to make sure my money didn't go to a dark place.
4. we post about the business and how they victimized us to major forums so every search about them on google shows those posts. since they are not able to professionally protect their systems and restore the systems in a reasonable time frame they don't deserve to serve professional business in my opinion. They are advertising wrongly.
5. after all we file law suit all together - I am not saying the details of the law suit but we can talk later - probably they will read this post and will get ready to the details. so we don't want them to be prepared or manipulate potential evidences. I have so many years of experience in IT, perhaps there are more experienced people among us, so we know how to articulate how they would scam us and how to catch them.
6. All those money they collected and hashed is in their custody. Did they pay their taxes to IRS? are they really an honest business? I asked but nobody sent me an invoice. potential tax fraud right there. so we can all report them to IRS as well.
if we do this acts in an organized way I believe they will have a hard time to do their scam like business. We all victimized by them. They are constantly lying people. One customer rep promises for refund another one says they don't do refunds... they are not honest.
so if you want to join me on this please send and email to
[email protected]we will make them pay for screwing honest people.... let's do it.
