I don't think it is a pocketdice.io clone, it brings something new to the table with a Russian Roulette game, which I found very interesting and cool.
Open both sites next to each other. It is an obvious clone despite making it "russian roulette" instead of dice. Obviously the code is different. It's about the ui+visual design/provably fair method/text/etc.

Anyway, that's their choice. It just looks always cheap to me and therefor more sketchy. Although I don't trust most new sites anyway.

It also does have a way to verify if bets are provably fair, so I don't know where you're getting your info from.
Just because there is a way to verify some hash, doesn't mean it is provably fair. See this topic from 1+ year ago: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/questionopinions-on-pocketdices-claim-of-provably-fair-1077905  I also made a more simple explanation here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.15115541 Both PocketDice and BitPistol are not really provably fair. PocketDice also acknowledges this and is planning to add a better provably fair implementation "soon".

We thought of what you told us about the provably fair system issue and we got one solution that you might find interesting. What if we use current server timestamp as a random seed for generation of array with initial numbers, and use it together with the array and server seed to make public hash. (Public hash=server seed+timestamp+initial array (generated by using timestamp as a random seed) ). After the round is finished, we reveal timestamp together with the other necessary data. What is your opinion about that?
That would be equally bad or potentially worse.

Anyway, you should just implement the nonce-method described on my site: https://dicesites.com/provably-fair Then instead of getting 5 characters of the "result hash" you can just get the first character. Check if it's 1-6 and make that the result (if not go to next character.) Pretty sure this would work and is the easiest solution.

Fun yet simple game. I might be having a little trouble with the site on Chrome. I have to keep refreshing the page because the buttons get stuck or don't register clicks.

Won a few times in a row though
