How are fees calculated?  I haven't started many rounds myself, maybe 3 or so, but in none of the cases the fee's ended up the amount I chose.

I think you should invest in the daily massive to compensate for the down time  Wink  haha, jus kiddin, be cool if someone did though.. be awesome if i get my coin back before the end, then i could try n snipe for that sexy jackpot..  Shocked

Really?   Shocked  Would you risk your only coin again if you recovered it?   Grin

lol.. probably  Cheesy  I'd have made 30 cents and the jackpot is nice.. looks like i wont get the chance though Sad  unless there's a lot of silent snipers. gonna do a couple of hours of work now, will return to see how it ends Smiley

When you have such a low balance it might be best to focus on making 0-risk ponzis.  Anything with jackpot<=40% is 0-risk.
edit: also, remember that only the ones you make can be 0-risk.

Nice.. Smiley  What are I0 coins?? Similar to bitcoin i guess?

Yes, it is one of the alternative chains to Bitcoin, yes.  The mining difficulty is the lowest, that's why I'm learning and experimenting with it.  There is a subforum devoted to alternative chains, and I have a few of them on my blockexplorer (see my signature).

I thought about mining, but I have a crap cpu and no gpu. If I get some money might think about getting into it, just spending some time getting used to bitcoin and gauging how popular it is for now.

Same here.  I've been mining I0coins for the fun of it with a CPU and a Nvidia GPU (which gives me less hashes than the CPU, hehe), and I've mined about 10 I0coins in 5-6 days, hehe.  And I'e found a block (I get nothing for it, since I am in a pool), but it was really cool!   Grin

If you can remember the round name it is possible to check a finished round. I just tried this with the MASSIVE_JACKPOT round. Just goto a live round and replace its name in the web address with that of the finished round.

I guess I could also bookmark the addresses of the rounds I'm interested into, but it was so convinient to have it as an option in the game interface...

My other concern is about not being able to check out finished rounds anymore.  It was possible until yesterday or the day before, and it was really convenient to find out what happened if you are not looking at the round page at the very moment it finishes.  It'd be very nice to have that feature back, at least for the rounds finished in the last 24/48 hours.

Damn, I remember when I had a single coin D:
I'll invest in your dwarf bank with a bitcoin.
Also, a tip: you can claw your way back up with a combination of mining and high profit games (200% ROI comes to mind).

Thanks, that'd be sweet Smiley

I just ordered a VPS for the month and will be migrating the site over until these connection issues are over.

I'm going to be pissed if my internet dosen't go down again after this Angry

Anyone who lost bitcoins because of downtime, post the address you sent them to and I will refund.

Hi, I guess you're the creator?? Thanks for the work, it's a good bit of fun Smiley

I really hope you get it solved one way or another.  I like your game, but it's really annoying with so much incertanty about the connection being one more factor to take into account while playing.

I can verify this.  I've got back the bitcoins I've lost in two different rounds (one today and one yesterday) because of that problem.  Thanks to that I can keep playing.  Smiley

Very fair.  Thank you!

Oh!  Hopefully someone will go into the Daily Massive, the jackpot is  compelling.

Or maybe not.  The site is down again!  Sad

It's only intermittently down; if you refresh 5 minutes later it usually comes back up.

Well, I'm sure it'll liven up. At least I hope so, cuz unless a couple more deposits go into the Daily Massive I will lose my only coin (nudge nudge)  Cry
Oh well, at least my Dwarf bank is still open for business. Any dwarfs or people with dwarf size wallets (like me), invest today.  Shocked

The Ponzis seems to have gone quiet last couple of days Sad

Perhaps because it's a weekend and people are doing real things in real live?

bitcoinduit wasn't this quiet during weekends...
Also, let me bring your attention to
The DAILY MASSIVE JACKPOT http://bitponzi.net/Round_DAILY_MASSIVE_1.aspx
It has slipped to the bottom of the list but if you invest in it you stand a chance of getting the jackpot, which is the BIGGEST JACKPOT ON THE SITE right now. Cheesy
Especially since the weekend is very slow on bitponzi...

Or perhaps because of the up and downs on the server connection?
Who knows...

just followed the link on the ponzi site actually. Not looked at the alt clients yet, but looks like there's a lot!
Does the insert image button on these forums need a website address or a file?? The Ponzis seems to have gone quiet last couple of days Sad
