Though it was obvious for everybody from the very first day that Bitsport is nothing but scam I didn't expect them to scam people so early after launch TBH.

You blame customer for breaching the terms? OK, show us the evidence, from your dialog about this case, all we can see is that you have a bug in rollover system, and you confiscate his fund, that is all.
