Yes, but after you prove you aren't part of a syndicate, give them your credit card and debit card number, show them your passport, your credit report, and anything else they want to ask. Oh and you'll probably be charged 5% at least to cover "transaction fees", and maybe they will charge 5% right off the bat to cover "transaction fees" (wtf?) That might be their strategy. They require a 0.1 BTC deposit and bet, but if you deposit 0.1 BTC, they can freely steal 0.005 BTC from that and you no longer qualify.

I'm guessing that everyone who takes it will be asked to do KYC, and probably need to give their credit report or something like that to withdraw. (what site asks for creditworthiness?) They might even ask for your credit card!
