are you going to stall my withdrawal with some hidden terms and conditions? Just trying to clear any misunderstanding from the get-go here.
Good point. I just took a look at their terms, and there some pretty shady stuff.
5.5. You authorise us to use any means/actions that we consider necessary to verify your identity and creditworthiness with any third party providers of information.
I'm guessing that everyone who takes it will be asked to do KYC, and probably need to give their credit report or something like that to withdraw. (what site asks for creditworthiness?) They might even ask for your credit card!
9.6. Your winnings from settled bets are credited to your account and may be withdrawn in accordance with our withdrawal policy and if required by us, upon provision of a valid proof of address, utility bill, valid proof of photographic such as id/passport and/or credit/debit card to our satisfaction.
Once you give them that stuff, and they run out of stuff to ask (since it can be any third party providers of information), and for some reason all of it caused them to be satisfied, they might say your bet is illegal
11.6. Bitsport reserves the right to adjust a bet payout credited to a Bitsport account if it is determined by Bitsport in its sole discretion that such payout has been credited due to an error or any kind of illegal or misused bets.
Claim you are part of a syndicate
11.16. Hereby confirm that you are not part of a betting syndicate where several parties are involved in placing bets in order to evade the Sportsbook Rules, these Terms and Conditions or any other rules of Bitsport.
or used a program (who doesn't use a program?) I use Firefox. I might go to your site, which could be counted as DoS attempt and therefore causing your account to be banned
3.7. You will not use any robot, device, spider, software, routine, program or other method (or anything in the nature of the foregoing) to interfere or attempt to interfere with the normal proper functioning of our services, any relevant device(s), software, the website, the sportsbook and betting information or any transactions offered on the website and in particular will not employ or make use of any artificial intelligence or other system(including machines, computers, software or any other automated systems) designed
specifically to defeat the Bitsport system and will not collude or attempt to collude with other players in order to defraud Bitsport or its customers.
Can't forget the multi-account rule, which can freeze your funds
5.10. Only one account per IP/household/customer is allowed. If you attempt and/or successfully open more than one account, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended
or closed and any bitcoin, litecoin or other digital currency credited to your account frozen until further notice.
Maybe they will log in to your account by resetting your password through their backend, and steal your funds
6.3. You agree to keep your password confidential and you are responsible for any misuse of your password. Any losses suffered due to a third party using your account will be not
refunded by us and further you shall have full responsibility for any third party using your login details and shall us harmless in respect of any damage a raising.
BUT, lets say that none of that happens.
You'll be charged a 5% withdraw fee, and probably a 5% deposit fee that they "forgot" to apply.
5.8. We reserve the right to apply a handling charge up to 5% deposits and withdrawals to cover transactions cost within the network.
and finally get your funds.
UNLESS you spent over 12 months in verification, proving you aren't part of a syndicate, e.t.c.5.9. We reserve the right to suspend player accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months. If your account has been suspended, please contact
[email protected] for instructions on how to reactivate your account and further details.
Where you have to reactive your account. (and who knows what happens after that?)
