Will there be a cap on the amount of coins offered for multi-staking?

We don't have any at the moment, maybe in the near future.

What i can see is an alt coin moving into the direction where services like this is need it, Africa has a lot of potential and the people are in need of them.
Bitstake surely will be in the sight of major capital investors out side of this forum soon.

I would suggest to have a donation address so the community could raise funds to do a big marketing campaign or a PR press release.

Keeping in mind this coin was a no premine no ico coin.

Sadly, only 75 coins donated so far.
The address is in the dev profile.

LOL, bitstake - answering questions vaguely since the beginning of time, if at all

"For everyday digital currency scams"

Your comments are inutile Piston Honda! Roll Eyes

You must be Japanese-American because I lived in Japan for nearly four years and they don't grow them like you over there dude.

I don't think anyone else is coming off their coins at this point..... multi-stake is on the way..... I think even the weak hands understand what this technology means at this point Wink

herp derp

that's all i can reply with since my replies just get deleted anyways.

Good point!! Since you've been rendered defenseless, I'll leave you be.  I actually kind of like you, for whatever reason.  Maybe it's the "Mike Tyson's Punchout" connection (loved that freakin game).... That being said, I assume we're close in age and we both own XBS Grin

i stay away from that thread ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=857670.0;topicseen) it's so full of negativity that there no opportunity for realistic debate. A better one is the forum.gethahsing.com. Great bunch of guys there that have a balanced view of mining and cryptos. Realize that even suchmoon has said that if Paycoin does launch the debit card, then it's a big deal. I'm paraphrasing him

To answer your specific question: Team PayCoin ( the non profit, decentralized group) already announced an online staking wallet. Also, there has been strong indication that this ( I believe) will happen in the next 1-2 months:

working with a number of companies (eg: XPY Tech) that are supporting PayCoin. Because of past issues, they won't name all the names yet...but will in due time. Here's a direct quote:

"One decided to step outside the box, taking on the challenge of purchasing PayCoin using a credit card. As most know, PayCoin has only been able to be purchased using Bitcoin. This functionality will be launching shortly so please stay tuned."

Another company will be launching a gift card platform, specially built for PayCoin.

What this means is that there will be an ability to purchase PayCoin with credit cards and use PayCoin to buy gift cards. We think you'll find that pretty sweet.

Additionally, new cloud mining platform will be adopting PayCoin for all its internal purchasing. They are one of the largest in the world.

We are in the final stage of providing a single solution to the following:

massive merchant adoption

the honors program

gawminers.com accepting PayCoin.

We're looking forward to sharing that with you.

We have not forgotten our commitments to our community, those that have stood by us. We now have the plans and development in place to provide them to you. We are no longer being held up."

My personal view has always been don't put all your eggs in one basket. Paycoin is not my largest or only investment. It, like Bitstake, might be the best value investment right now tho.

EDIT: I try to take a neutral POV. Way too many on either side of the argument with PayCoin. I am in the middle and do see it's potential. Combined with BitStake, there's potential for a powerful combo.

Why Paycoin ? It is biggest scam ever! Shocked

By adding it to BitStake, that was a great decision. It provides and another outlet for the unbanked/underbanked - re: coin staking in their mobile wallet...plus another coin to use for buying goods, paying household bills... especially when it does become the most accepted currency for everyday people in their daily lives. It could be more useful than BTC if the PayCoin team pulls together the original PayCoin vision.

Simply put, its suite of features will appeal to the masses. BitStake makes it even more useful because of its mobile feature when no internet exist. It's a very nice combo for everyday people...everywhere.

Ya know, it's not easy to come out on btctalk and openly support a project like Paycoin, being that there's been sooo much controversy around it....

ATCkit, I appreciate you doing that Smiley!! Like I previosuly said, I'm neutral because I possess literally zero knowledge regarding XPY. I'm definitely curious about the platform they're developing though. I've also heard a lot of opinions from XPY detractors, so it's nice to hear your opinion.... the words from one of the Paycoin faithful!

I don't think it's necessarily a bad sign that XPY is one of three initial coins to be supported on the Bitstake multi-staking platform either.....for pretty much the same reasons ATCkit pointed out. Paycoin has a die hard following and if you're willing to support Bitstake in addition to XPY, then it appears Bitstake will most certainly gain new customers and investors from this move Cool. Based on your analysis ATCkit, I will be researching the subject in greater detail, so thanks!!

With or without Paycoin, Bitstake & XBS have a bright future. Bring on the multi-staking platform dev's!!!

Serious question as I am trying to make sense of all this.

Who controls the private keys to the users addresses which exist within the bitstake platform?   Where are the private keys stored?

Please shoot me a pm so we can learn more about your platform.

Thank You,

-bitswift

I would like the answer to this as well.

Please show us how your users control the private keys to their addresses holding their coins.

-Features Highlight -
-In-built system cryptocurrency called BitstakeCoin
-Multi-Stake Staking Mechanism
-Control the funds in your account by exporting and importing Private Keys.
-Send and Receive coins via SMS.
-Advanced Transaction Management with automated withdrawal and alerts.
-Bank-level encryption, Cold storage control and 2 factor authentication.
-Cross-Platform: Phone & tablet apps to manage your funds on the go.
-Automated Referral System.

Could you please clarify how exporting private keys in the end users control, and importing them into your system under your control ensures that the funds are still under the users control ?

We are trying to learn more about bitstake but without technical information it is hard to vouch for the platform.  We can not endorse or promote your platform without being educated or knowing / understanding how it actually works.

Feel free to PM us.

You can leave coin suggestions here on the thread. We will take them into consideration.

My suggestion is to not support obvious scam coins (ie. PayCoin).

Yes please don't include Paycoin and give a touch in Bitstake. Please

Pls stop that about PayCoin. Negativity becomes "a self fulfilling prophecy". Things are getting approved for forward movement. It may never be a $20 coin but when the planned features come into place, it will be in the top 5....along with BitStake. Both could pass Ripple to be 2nd and 3rd.

Garza will be in jail or sued out of existence before then, just saying.

Time will tell on that point. If you're right, PayCoin will live on anyway...because of the latest developments i just mentioned.

Can you tell me a development that is actually out and working and not just smoke and mirrors again?

Why Paycoin ? It is biggest scam ever! Shocked

Because, once all the features are implemented, you can use it for everyday shopping with its upcoming debit card and the intention is to have a stable price. It will appeal to the everyday Dick and Jane. There will be mass merchant adoption too..because of the stable price. Also transactions are extremely fast.

If you've been following recent developments you will see that someone else is running things now...ie: Team Paycpoin aka PayCoin Foundation which is a non-profit  org. In addition a third party has been engaged to expedite the features introduction. There is hope....Not sure if you guys saw yesterdays' announcements:

https://blog.paybase.com/paybase-creates-an-alliance-with-the-paycoin-foundation/

and

http://blog.paybase.com/paybase-creates-an-alliance-with-xpy-technologies/

".....The PayCoin Foundation will take over the management of the PayCoin brand, coin development, and the management of the PayCoin Prime Controllers, under the umbrella of its pending non-profit status. This will allow for more frequent PayCoin updates and remove any special interest and for-profit affiliation. “We are excited about the level of transparency this will add,” said Adam Matlack, President and Chairman of the foundation.

The relaunch of www.paycoin.com marks the beginning of the coming changes. ..."

As far as a scam, I think you are talking about GAW overpromising and under delivering. That was just sales hype. With the latest developments, Paycoin will move past that and it's original intention will be realized. In general the scam accusations are highly overrated as it was started by a group who felt threatened by PayCoins potential and they wanted to see it fail. It snowballed out of control (beyond reason) and has kicked Paycoin down quite a bit. It will rebound once the features are implemented.

By adding it to BitStake, that was a great decision. It provides and another outlet for the unbanked/underbanked - re: coin staking in their mobile wallet...plus another coin to use for buying goods, paying household bills... especially when it does become the most accepted currency for everyday people in their daily lives.
