Online casino victim gave up after one month?

maybe he is looking for help in the real world. As you may know, there are lawyers in real world, as you may know there are detectives and police in  real world. He can get help in the real world. And stop trying to convince people to use your scam service

h4ns's opinion clearly differs from yours, after you scammed him for 210 euro

I wonder if there is still someone in this forum that uses the services of @game-protect

The extremely mentally ill and or brain dead bitcointalk account TwitchySeal is too stupid to understand what no cure no pay is!

Claiming a false hope in regard to the Game Protect group also does not have any connection to the reality, because until today we never lost a case. There are many cases still in process, but so far we never lost any. Smiley

why dont we ask h4ns what he thinks of your "no cure no pay" strategy?
Considering that h4ns has 6 claims running on a "no cure no pay" strategy, he likely is thrilled?

What you now should do is resubmit the complaint, except leave out the fact that you were playing live baccarat.

The issue here is the fact that they won't withdraw your winnings. So stick to that, nothing else matter. Don't mention what games were played, say u were playing at the casino, you won x ount tried to withdraw and they won't pay.

If that doesn't work then n AG then move onto LCB website and issue a complaint through them. They have just as much weight if not more so than AG.

I was one of the winners of their last giveaway about $200 I know that its too good to be true, but first they require me to wage that winning and guess what? no luck! lol. But I doubt that this platform is fair to their users, with all these dense accusations I'd rather stay away with it I've seen most of their attractive adds everywhere just be careful.

Are bets invalid if Bitstarz did not verify the identity of the account holder or why do you want only your deposits back?

If true, then all players can demand its losses back! Cheesy

If not true, then your winnings are valid! Wink

I think it is extremely unethical to allow people to lose on your site, but if they win, KYC them then confiscate funds. There are substantially better ways of going about business practices.

Either A: KYC people at the start and if they are caught lying later on then confiscate
or B: KYC people later, but allow all actions to stand and prohibit further gaming.

I do not agree with the actions taken here.

What does BitStarz do with the confiscated funds anyhow? I know Pokerstars specifically takes all confiscated funds and donates them to major charitable foundations so that they have no underlying incentive to confiscate, which does not seem to be the case here.

Hi all,

I figured I'll give you our side of the story here.

Unfortunately, the OP makes it sound like we like to just confiscate money from people all willynilly, as he doesn't mention on what grounds
his money was confiscated.

This young gentleman used his 60 year old mom's identity to play casino online. We found it suspicious that a 60 year old woman from Northern Africa,
was using BTC and having the username "MaskOffFuckingMaskOff". However, we wanted to give the player the benefit of the doubt as she had
excellent English skills. So we figured we'd call up and make sure the identity was correct.

Upon calling the player, she spoke NO English what so ever, but luckily, her son (OP) was there to make a translation for us. We found it strange,
and asked the son if he was the one playing, which he said he wasn't, and said his 60 year old mom was an avid gambler. I'm not sure, but 60 year
old woman from Northern Africa using BTC, doesn't speak English and having English usernames (Rap lyrics to be more specific) is a bit strange.

Further into the verification call it was quite evident that he was the player, and he ultimately confessed to be using his 60 year old mom's identity
whilst playing (the whole call with video was also recorded).

After the call we spoke with our regulators, AskGamblers and our Antifraud team, who all were in agreement to close the player down and removing
funds due to severe breaches of the terms
. I know it's easy to jump to quick conclusions and make fast judgements, but it's important to hear both
sides of the story. You guys may not agree with our decision in the end, and that's fine, opinions may differ.

However, we believe in laying all cards out there for you to see, and then you can make your own educated decision.

Wish you all a great day going forward,

BitStarz

Quit making excuses and bullshits, all you do is find any reason Whatsoever to take people bitcoins, also what do you expect if you playing using BTC and some junky ass casino asks you for KYC, if that's the case then there's no reason to use bitcoins if you wanna ask for documents ask them before the registration not after trying to withdraw. all I'm asking for is my original deposit because you have taken alot of people money and known to make excuses to take it at all costs even if it's a small mistake, also by you not showing your face during the facetime is quite sketchy and way unprofessional.

What teams you have? You are in a 3x3 office, laying on your computer trying to scam people 24/7 with a small(team) group of "people".

Ask gamblers is not a regulatory body. In the real world gamblers can not regulate online casinos.

Ask gamblers is a private entity run by gamblers that cooperates with criminal online casinos to mislead online casino victims to not enforce its claims using the proper legal enforcement steps!

This is interesting because I have been playing here for a few years now too and haven't had an issue although I have never attemtped to withdraw that amount of money. What I can say is there are a couple things you can do.

First go to askgamblers website and open a proper complaint against Bitstarz. They have a really good success rate with getting issues resolved similar to yours. AG will act as a middle man and you can present your case with the proof and Bitstarz will have a certain amount of time to respond.

If that doesn't work although it usually does, the casino is licensed so you can contact the commission and file a complaint with them as well.

I have submitted the complaint, hopefully we will get an answer, if not because they seem to be supporting bitstarz alot, and not accepting any negative feedback against the scam casino which is off.

Are you sure you submitted the complaint properly because I didn't see it on the website. The last complaint that shows up is from july. I also noticed out of a total of 16 complaints filed against them only four (4) went unresolved.

I don't understand how it's possible for a casino to spread casino games and then not pay out. It doesn't even make sense to me. If there are shenanigans involving a sportsbook or skill based games I can at least understand reasons as to why many issues can occur. But casino games? Really confuses me unless it's just a cut and dry pure scam. I'd like to hear the rationale behind this if Bitstarz is willing to say something. Bitstarzisascam, can you possibly chime into why they are not paying out? Surely they said something?

Like I said, they were trying to find any excuse to not pay out the balance and ban me out of the site, they are going way broke which is a good thing and I hope that site vanishes off the internet because people like them needs to be gone off the earth for stealing people money like that and not coming forward in first place.

With all the fake names they using like it's very poor scam.

I guess they got a high roller like you that played on their site and grab the opportunity to get your funds. Seems that they are not yet going to disappear anytime soon. If you check their website, they have big prize as giveaway and big bonuses. Attracting new gullible players who don't have time to search the site before jumping in.
With a lot of awards that they boasting on their site, I don't think they will be leaving the opportunity of cheating more players.

Do you believe that? I can create the same website as theirs and grab Forbes & amazon logo and put some random golden awards logo on the website to grab people's trust.

Fortunately they are going bankrupt anytime soon.

Ive played at bitstarz for almost 4 years now and never had any problems. Hope it gets resolved if this is even real.

Yeah playing with 0.000001 btc and free spins huh? I get it.
no, with 0.1 - 0.5 btc at a time

How about providing us some proofs about your statistic or transaction at Bitstarz? The one like what is provided by OP about his deposit and withdrawal history, probably it can assure him what you say is real. I have no problems at Bitstarz as I have left this site since they asked me for KYC verification when I won some money from the free spin promo long time ago. I did not do the KYC as it does not worth the amount I won from the promotion.

if you insist.

I do not believe you at all, I believe that you are paid to post here or you one of them pretending to be a customer.

If you google "best Bitcoin casinos" bitstarz appears as number one, they have alot of fake positive reviews on askgamblers too and other reviews websites, they are based in Malaysia, so what I'm gona do is first contact the malaysian authorities I'm 100% sure they will help me out and dig if these scumbags are really in Malaysia.
Wait a second, first you claim they are based in Malaysia and in the same sentence you say that you need the help of Malaysian authorities to dig out if these scumbags are really there? Cheesy

I have a small tip for you, the bitstarz scam claims to operate under the Curacao license scam 1668/JAZ, 365/JAZ, 5536/JAZ and 8048/JAZ

Damn. Bitstarz was never a popular site to begin with and majority of the investors are aware of their fraudulent activities which is why you should have done your research before investing such a big amount there op.

I doubt the court will be able to help you in this matter since the people behind majority of these crypto casinos are very tough to physically locate. Hopefully, others can heed your warning before depositing there.

Probably they are selectively stealing clients money and did not allow to withdraw. We can consider this as a shady activity on their site and have dozen of allegations from their previous customer. Much better to stay away on this site and avoid one of their next victims. I can be compared this to Hitbtc exchange. While I'm not encountered serious problems but other traders have.

Anyway, sorry for your loss OP. I hope they will resolved your complaint for the sake of their own reputation and probably some of their costumers will leave once they know your complaint. Hopefully, your winning money will retrieve.

damn why do casinos always do that holding someone's money anyway, according to yoshie's reply this isn't the first time bitstarz casino withholding the winnings of their clients but all of their issues were solved after they posted here i guess wait for their support reply here on your thread to resolve your issue and give your bitcoins back although they are not supposed to withhold the funds or winnings of their clients in any way. otherwise if the user cheats on casino which the most casinos alibi to not give the client's money even the user just basically played the site...
Actually, It's there way of earning more money rather than depending on the profit they'll gain on gamblers who lose in playing their games. It's a scheme where they can take the client's money without making their casino's reputation like your balance is hold due to violating a rules in our casino. Anyway, not that i'm accusing the said gambling site but it's how I see the way they handle their clients.

That isn't even an excuse or justification though, that's just them saying they won't pay you, which to me is absurd. A grey situation that can happen are the players that run up balances from free promotional money offers and the like, but you deposited your btc. I'll leave negative trust on their board along with Stunna and the others until there's any good reason not to.

Bitstarz is not among the well-known casinos. It's also not the one with the best reputation. If you just google "Bitstarz reputation", you'll come by two scam accusations on this very website: this one and this one. Moreover, you can see that the member on this forum that is affiliated with the casino has negative trust (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=307265) specifically because of the scam accusations. Taking that into account, I wouldn't hope to get the money back, but making another scam accusation on this forum here would not hurt. Next time, you should really at least make a quick google search before depositing money. You can also use this table with trust and its absence of casino owners (well, accounts that work with the casinos/affiliated with them), this might help to minimize the risks of being scammed.

Maybe your allegations about the SCAM site BitStarz.com, have a point.
Before you created this topic, I saw a topic similar to yours, "complaining" and becoming a victim of BitStarz.com.

1. Topic: Don’t deposit on Bitstarz - scam
2. Topic: Is bitstarz.com legit?
3. Topic: BitStarz.com SCAM! 2800$ stolen on Bitcoin Casino
4. Topic: BitStarz refusing to pay my 5 btc

am sure with the many who complain about (BitStarz.com SCAM), what else is related to assets, I hope the gambling mod will immediately take action so as not to increase casualties in the future.

Wow this is big news! I gamble around 1k$ every month in this site hoping to hit a decent win, i never withdraw under 500$, Lucky Iv seen this because if I won big I wouldn't get paid!

No more bitstarz, and bitcasino! so what is there to play?!?!?!?!

Exactly, maybe just gamble at pokerstars or something realistic but when it comes to BTC, so far there's no legit casino ethier they just play the KYC card to grab your information, or find excuses or use ToS as an excuse to take all your money inculding "winnings"

Use skrill, exchange BTC to skrill then use skrill to deposit in pokerstars, I wish they start accepting bitcoin deposits seriously that could be a game changer for them since theres alot of gamblers in the crypto community.

If it was a big win it should be under there maximum pay out so the win being too big is a blatant disregard of customers right. I consider that a bad move for the site for this would show on their reputation

It's a broke site. they are going bankrupt.

I guess that when these casinos get to show their true colors by getting lower and lower with their services, they test every inch and get to limits under ground to tighten up the customer and put all the blame on that person itself because their sole intent is to save themselves from paying the winnings to the one who deposited such huge amounts. You were not even one of those lucky people who win jackpots or even x times through a small bet (like deposited 0.01 BTC and made 1 or 2 BTC) but your deposit was almost 1/3rd of your cash out amount and I ROFL'd when I saw that guy Chris saying a straight NO.

Did they already mention this KYC thing in their terms and conditions before you registered? Because if they didn't, they can't even ask for such things from you. But if you still complied with all their rules and didn't get your withdrawal, I believe that your coins are gone because they're "not in the mood to even give you your deposit back, so there's no chance of winnings".

Not a good move unless they are willing to stake casino's reputation here. Its a straight NO for asking just the deposited BTC from a high roller. The customer waited for days yet nothing happen, thats enough of a waiting time to see there ain't no withdrawals going to happen here. Scam accusation thread is justified.
^ That was I am suggested above that it is better to move this thread to scam accusation. I dunno why people came up here and claiming that they are scam by not a well-known gambling site. If you know this forum, you can search here a better and good gambling site and they are all having a good reputation for how many years. For me, I did not trust any gambling site outside. Good luck OP, I hope your issue will be fixed as soon as possible.

hi OP,
by chance did you do your own due diligence before you sent the cash to their website?
if so how many reputable and verifiable people recommended it was safe?
how many verifiable different sources gave a valid reference to  safely send money and play there?
this is a gambling issue "YES" but it is best fitted in the SCAM section of this forum so please consider moving the thread.
if you have any of those references i asked about ... please post those also in your thread.
if by chance you did not have a background on them..... bear witness and if you get even a small portion of your initial investment back it will be like winning the lottery!
next time be more careful with your money as only you are responsible for it and even for the loss of it!
not wanting to be a hard ass but obvious is kinda harsh!
if nothing else i offer my condolences to your defunct BTC.

What a straight an honest answer from them, "No."

This is not completely unexpected tho. They're using some offshore address used by multiple 'private business'. Good luck on trying to get your money back OP.

And the way I talked with "Olle" via skype was so unprofessional and poor experience and insulting on his end, also they lost a high roller customer so good for them.

So basically lemme start this off, I played bacarrat on their shitty ass casino, deposited 1.4 btc which is 14k$ won 3 bitcoins, tried to withdraw, nothing went instant, OK, it got cancelled I betted again and won 4 btc now I tried to withdraw again.
They messaged me and said upload documents, so I did everything they requested Proof of address/ID & id with selfie and everything was approved in one hour max.
Later on, they messaged me again saying further verifaction needed because it's a big win after 3 DAYS of WAITING for the withdrawal(basically a broke ass fake casino operating in malaysia under 2-3 people running it with special names such as Olle Mike & richard wow.)
OK, we called them and everything, now when I woke up my account is disabled and there's 4 bitcoins in it, when I asked can atleast I get my money back which is 1.4 btc and they said it confiscated!!!
THEY WERE REALLY LOOKING FOR A REASO TO NOT PAY OUT MY WINNINGS, WTF!

Here's the proof

Here clearly shows they were trying to find excuses to not give me my winnings "Investigation"

Yes this is completely dumb, to deposit such money on a online casino, but I gamble alot in online casinos and I thought this was legit, I finally got scammed but it won't go easy just like that I'm ready to spend as much money to get this poor website off the hook so others can't be scammed.
I'm thinking I might take this to court under the French rule code because everything is in my favour, I have sued a french online gambling casino, and I won triple of what I made due to them not paying me my money and delaying & lying to me for 14 days.

So if you are a victim, and living in Europe, please send me a private message, so we can make a group and file a lawsuit in Person.
^ Hello, I just quoting it for images appear. You can move this into Scam Accusation board since you have a valid proof. There are many forum members here know how to investigate your claims. Thank you for giving warning others, if that is true they are warned to avoid this gambling site.
