There had been lots of issues when it comes to minimum deposits not just on casinos but even in exchanges

Indeed. This has become a common mistake by many people, and I have encounter quite number of same issue. I agree that it would be good if casinos would take extra effort in reminding players of the minimum deposits and fees to prevent such inconveniences on both parties.

Ask them what they meant by contacting your wallet manager and where the actual issue is.

That’s right. The only way OP could determine what is the main reason why hast he receive the ETH on his balance, and also know what must be done to solve the situation is by communication with the wallet manager.

I have checked and double checked triple checked the address.  Even Bitstarz admits it's the correct address.  Yeah I guess I just count it in my losses.  I just don't understand why they can't credit it.  It's monetary exchange value is the same as any other currency I send.  And they won't allow me the information for whomever manages their wallet.

What do they mean by your "wallet manager"?  They are probably saying that the issue is on your side, but if you have sent the funds to the right address then they should credit your account because we can see that the funds are there on the wallet address you have sent. As long as you have followed all the deposit instruction, I see no reason why they wouldn't want to credit your account. Ask them what they meant by contacting your wallet manager and where the actual issue is.

This is what I am curious here about mentioning wallet manager.
Also, we don't know if this casino is very strict with their minimum deposit which is approximately 0.01 ETH.
And he deposited below this value, excluding the gas fee he used.
If the OP is serious about this accusation, he can move this thread to scam accusations thread.
And provide the necessary links. I am guessing this will be another unresolved accusation towards this casino.
If you look around this forum, or just reading the post of logfiles, this casino is quite shady.

it's better to gamble with coins that have low fees ,ethereum is currently very expensive you should stay away from it ! 0.01 ethereum minimum deposit only applies to the same value can't be less than that and the fee is another value ,less than that normally will not be credited ! there are many accusations for bitstar you should use a gambling site that does have positive feedback rather than negative ones

Anyway the Ether is sitting at this wallet address and Bitstarz will no credit my account.  They say they can't and my wallet manager can fix it. . They say The other thing.  So am I screwed out of my money?
You are probably screwed.

Have you taken a look at their reputation? The casino is a know scam.
SyGambler    2019-09-26    Reference    this site will find any possible excuse to not pay winners
they steal the original deposits as well
this is not the first accusation against them as well
Stunna    2017-11-23    Reference    History of selective scamming based on T&C
RHavar    2016-05-02    Reference    I would be careful playing at this site. From the discussion at the reference link, he has I believe unfairly taken the balance of a player for breaking what is a very arbitrary rule on max bet. The funds that were won appear to have been won from a bet that was completely compliant, and max bets should be enforced by the software not as an excuse to confiscate someones entire balance. Strangely enough the user has screenshoted the supposed violated terms on max-bet, but does not currently even appear on the website: https://www.bitstarz.com/terms

Check out the scam accusations board. There are some of their customers complaining about them there too.

No one can help you here because bitstarz has no active representative in this forum. They have bad reputation as well in this forum, the best you can do is to contact them through email and live support. Have you tried to contact them?

If you send total: 0.011641 ETH, it should still be credited to your Bitstarz account, half of the total sent, half should still be logged into your account.
However, I don't know which exchange you are sending from and how much it costs to send ETH, if you send 0.011641 ETH.
My count from my exchange, if i send 0.011641 ETH, deduct fee: 0.005 ETH, so i still have : 0.006641 ETH that means i still have about $25 left.

The minimum deposit with ETH is 0.01ETH as we can see in the payment page here. And based on the FAQ page about deposit lower than minimum, means he has just lost his money.

What happens if I sent my deposit to another address or if I deposited lower than the minimum amount?
As we do not have any access over the actual transfer being made(this is done via the blockchain and miners) , funds that are sent to another address or below the minimum amount are unfortunately lost.

I do not know how this gambling site do their deposit, the gambling site address should be a single or few deposit addresses, I wonder how the address above has only received just a single transaction which was yours. I hope you did not send the ether to a wrong address, but this is likely to be a wrong address.

You can check the deposit address giving you on the betting site and see if truly it corresponds to the one you sent the ether to. Also hope Bitstarz is a reputed gambling site that is not run by a scammer?
Well, if op did deposit in the site for the first time then the address transaction would be one. I checked it myself and I did confirmed it myself that there's only one transaction made and it's from my address. Maybe bitstars have the same system where everytime you deposit then the address is different.

There had been lots of issues when it comes to minimum deposits not just on casinos but even in exchanges, I have experienced the same with Bittrex way back. Looks like they are meant to scam. They should have a reminder every time a user clicks to generate a deposit address to make sure users send the right amount. Even after sending an extra amount to be added seem to have not worked.

So you can see I attempted to send

0.00542271367344. + 0.006219. =0.011641

Conclusion: it should happen to you as well. 0.006641 ETH/$25 goes to your Bitstarz account, however, try to contact Bitstarz again, where did 0.006641 ETH run.

You should not include the transaction fee on your computation for minimum deposit amount. You should send 0.01ETH plus the transaction fee if you want to credit your deposit. Here's how to still recover or rather use your money in there. Ask the support if your previous deposit will be credited if you deposit again more than 0.01ETH to compensate the minimum requirements on your first deposit. I know that this might cause you much more due to transaction fee but this is your only way to recover it since they setup a minimum amount on there deposit.

I assume you send 0.011641 eth, so basically, you need to have more than that amount before sending the amount.
I have just checked through the Bitstarz minimum withdrawal, it is 0.01 ETH minimum for ether, but Dingo8mebebe deposited 0.00621900 ETH. This is likely the reason he did not see any deposit. This is one of the ways custodial platforms are scamming people.

Some gambling site have a minimum deposit requirement, if you deposit an amount below the minimum, such deposit will be forfeited.

I'm not sure with the policy of Bitstarz, but it looks like your single deposits does pass the minimum.

For your information.

I assume you send 0.011641 eth, so basically, you need to have more than that amount before sending the amount. Or the amount you send will reduce because of the fees so I think there is need more amount to cover the fees but I am not sure about that. Did you ask their support system to get a clear answer?

Hopefully, they will reply to your question and add the fund to your balance. Or maybe that needs time to see your funds will be in your wallet. By the way, how much is their minimum deposit?

Theoretically, each user can have a separate address for deposits (such as on exchanges). However, more and more, it seems to me that OP just made a mistake and sent ETH to the wrong address.
OP must first tell us why Bitstarz does not want to move this ETH to his balance. Because I think Bitstarz gave some reason.

If the address is correct and it is the address where you have to deposit in Bitstarz then this amount should be added to your balance.

Have you been told why this can't be added to your balance?

It is possible that the minimum deposit amount for Ethereum is higher? If so, ask support if you can transfer extra and just send the amount that will supplement what is there so that the minimum will be achieved.
