I don't think that such a big exchange may scam somebody, it's just not worth doing it. I doubt that your pending funds are 10BTC+, just wait and check mail etc for any issues.

Hi,

I'm experiencing major issues to withdraw funds from Bittrex.

There is a support ticket for enhanced verification and enabling my account. I have provided all required documents and it has been over 50 days now trying to get this issue solved.

All I got from their support are automated messages, and (2 days ago) a support agent who did clearly not pay adequate attention to my ticket, did not solve the issue and marked my ticket as solved. It took 50 days to get the ticket assigned to a support agent, and because of it being marked as solved, it is now not assigned anymore.

I know people are experiencing these issues with Bittrex verification and disabled accounts, but 50 days....come on. Are more people having this much problems with Bittrex? It sure feels like I am being scammed.

Does anybody know if there is another way to contact support outside of the Zendesk?
Or, if Bittrex reads this thread- Solve this ffs. It has been long enough now.

Have you try their telegram ? probably have support team inside. They will assist it.

Try to generate a number of tickets as much as possible if not then try another exchange like Binance.

I had the same situation, I waited three months. As soon as they widened their staff, everything moved. wait for the main thing, and do not panic.

Had my account in limbo when trying to enhance verify my account. I could trade but could withdraw funds. Opened 2 tickets and they were quickly merged lol. All that being said, it took the support team roughly 35 days to verify my account (again). Have patience.

All transactions with the Bitrex exchange are instantaneous. I do not know why others have problems. I've been completely verified.

I have had no problems with bittrex but 50 days of waiting is too much I hope the next time you have a chat with their support staff this should be resolved. problems with the withdrawal of only those who have not verified account or verified documents were not in Latin therefore, and so Bittrex is a reliable exchange

Bittrex is battling with the huge demand for new accounts and all other processes in their network.
Crypto gained in value las couple of weeks and these are hiccups.
Bittrex is not the only one with problems. But yes it is nerve wrecking.

You have to give proper information with proof how the bittrex was scam you because of I was using bittrex more than 1 year with any issue, otherwise wait for bittrex reply about you issue.

i dont think bittrex is  a scam site instead its one of the best exchanges in the world with class edging technology but the problem is with more and more entering into crypto world these sites have been under severe pressure... or else bittrex provided the best service out.... please give them time... they would solve each and every problem

I've gotten no problems with Bittrex thus far, though I see many complaints of its platform. In most scenarios it has to do with ID verification and where you are located. Make sure you send a valid ID that is not expired in high resolution and put in a support ticket if all else fails. It may take a while for them to respond but your money isn't lost yet, they should get to you.

There may be several reasons, why bittrex is holding funds.
1. Verification problem (maybe wrong ID data)
2. Bittrex also holds funds, if there are suspected illegal activities.
3. Your resident is not supported by Bittrex.
In any case it is not ok , when support doesn't answer so a long time , so that I would also post on scam accusations, if they are holding funds without comprehensible reason.

It's quite unfortunate and very painful you facing this dishearting kind of situation. Bittrex has in recent times been having some ugly support issues. Even a friend of mine whose funds are trap in Bittrex has tried severally to withdraw but to no avail. Continue to write to them maybe they will respond one day. I am very sorry about this negative development.

passed verification from 0. I can say that bittrex verification was done much faster than on other exchanges and without unnecessary questions, although many exchanges request the same information, but Bittrex most quickly confirmed!

For me verification took about 12 days. Support team said to me that they will increase amoun of support workers. Try to send new request
