as I said in the past posts, you should join and hire lawyers and go to the US to complain. this will bring good results... sending support tickets or post here in the forum will not solve anything.

My Opinion on why this guy is locked out is 100% because he is in the Ukraine. Bittrex is a US exchange and cant legally tell this guy that they cannot give him his money. So boom the US government probably owns your money now. If you use a US exchange from any country with any sort of sanction actions expect to never see your money and never no why.

Ofcourse this wrong, nothing will lose, it's just exchange and not a US government, and we still updating this topics till we get our funds. And there is many place to do that too.It just started and still investors coming to trade. ...

Now bittrex.com moved to banned IPs, I'm not sure but seem like some people inside bitterx catching accounts that belong to some countries.

У меня была такая же ситуация с два месяца)) основная причина ,бук в ремонте был))) как раз перед тем как сдать,я прошел проверку на отправку документа и селфи на битрекс . Они так же заблокировали мой аккаунт,ни обмен ,ни переводов сделать было не возможно.Я написал им письмо,ответили ссылкой на сайт решения проблем,и стандартным письмом ,что типа ждите.Это продолжалось дня три)) Я писал им каждый день! Верните деньги,разблокируйте аккаунт,проверяйте быстрее...и т.д и т.п ))) в конечном итоге через три дня,когда меня это закалибало) я написал им письмо,что если они не решат мою проблему,я буду писать отзывы о бирже как о недобросовестной и крч кидалово)) решили в тот же день!!! пришло письмо от менеджера личное на ящик с извинениями)) третью стадию проверки так и не отметили еще как прошедшею ,но аккаунт работает,и сумма лимита 100 битков...так что если у вас возникла такая проблема с битрекс? выносите им мозги))))
