Also the positions in the tier E are always open usually, and hence you can apply in Tier E and hopefully you will get selected. The pay rate is less in this tier but soon you can be promoted to upper tiers as soon as someone leaves the campaign in those ranks.

Is not hard to get information about the signature campaign all that you need to do is to visit the service section, and check for the campaign, if there be any an opening, you will have to apply and wait to know if the manager accepts your application or not, and from the update on the thread you can know what the state of the campaign is and where they are in terms of payment.

But you haven't kicked out of exchanges because of you gambled with it since there is no way of finding them the rewards are coming from your deposits or rewards of a won bet but it's just due to their policy that prohibits accepting deposits from casino as a preventive measure for money laundering which I don't know how effective in stopping the launders but it's existing policy so you should not experiment against it.

Unstoppable wallet is one of the open sourced multi crypto wallet that supports top altcoins which you can try as well.

You're probably overthinking the situation. The simplest assumption is usually the correct one.
If the reason was manual approval, then how come they allow much larger value withdrawals in other cryptos? Do they have special rules for bitcoin? That makes no sense.
And if this was the case, the customers should've been informed about such policy.
But the truth is, going through this thread, you'll see that hot wallets getting drained and not refilled happens quite often. It's especially understandable when BTC price skyrocketed, so many people decided to withdraw and cash out the profits.

As far as I know, most exchanges prohibits deposits from casino accounts for due to AML regulations so no matter it's BTC or LTC just don't send from casino to exchange account and it may end up terminating your exchange account with all the balance on hold or possible to withdraw depends on the exchange's policy.
