They might be stopped/close the investment feature if they think that's not profitable for them anymore, or they already have enough of funds from themselves (just like yolodice said why they stopped the investment feature).

Investment funds were converted into "play" funds. You can't invest there and investments were cancelled.

Never heard that totally closed the investment option since its really helpful to their company to have those as back up but I think they limit or didn't accept new investor on their platform and I'm not totally sure on what's happening regarding on that side since I'm not their investor.
but its really good option for them to step up and maximize this thing if they really need but seems bitvest is well loaded and its up for the owner to decide regarding this matter.

Seeing how they ignore messages both here and on their chat, I don't think they have to close investments, they are already discouraging them.

Max bets are based on the "Global bankroll" not the pre-margin numbers.
In that case max profit in dice would be 1500*1% = 15 BTC. But max profit in dice is 1.26 BTC currently. What am I missing?

That is about 40 bucks just for jackpot for free, that is one of the highest I have ever seen. However lets not say that there are no other websites who do not give away that much.
