Just tried to read some previous page on this thread during that time (September 2018) but I cant find any news related to the big lost and covered it back after few days. I'm not really sure what was happening at that time, but maybe Bitvest can answer it with more details. I'm curious as well and thanks for bring it up here, it is a big news to be missed imho.

They wont sustain for so long and come to think that this is one of the most oldest gambling site here on crypto which its normal that they do give out the best gambler experience for them to still exist nowadays and theres no doubt on that.

It means Bitvest thinks that having higher multiplier on the slot game is not something necessary at the moment. Having higher possible multiplier may impact to the house edge imho, so maybe they keeps it like what they have now.

Last update in this record doesn't go along with the time you replied, because of this I doubt it has been altered. I have no proof but wouldn't it be peculiar that nobody after all the inquiries/pm/email/forum post would have directed me to this page.

I know I have been persistent in asking whether or not I am eligible for a reward, persistent but I tried to be as civil as possible.

Regarding my ban, I flooded the chat to get attention, not the most advisable way but I tried everything else beforehand.

So disqualifying me to having my potential reward because of me snapping out of my usual self, very unfair(imho).
