The issue should be addressed quickly though. Withdrawal was requested more than 36 hours ago now, still no payment and no answer from support.

How many fees you did? Quote “Large number of pending transactions We recommend a higher-than-usual fee to prevent delays.” (bitvest.io)

Fees are not relevant here as the transaction has not been issued at all due to insufficients funds in the hot wallet (I checked myself there is indeed not enough funds). Withdrawal is on ETH, also I got a message saying it might need up to 12 hours to be executed but it is taking longer than that.
I am not too worried however as the amount is substantial the situation is not very confortable.
