if it was a new account with no balances I would just create a new account
to recover your old account you can open a support ticket in Help section

there is a security check to make sure it is you who own the account , so be ready to answer some questions to prove the ownership

Yes their plinko is the best one as I can say because no one can give the good as their plinko and we can even manage our own multiplier like 1,250x at the max which is you can't find it on another site. And btw the principle of plinko games is you need very huge luck because the faster you hit the max payout the better you get the profit. But again dont risk what you can't afford because it is pretty hard to stop when it goes

there are many strategies to play Plinko
with Bitvest's plinko you can go for a low risk low reward Teal line , or high risk high reward Red line
or create your own line , there is an option to customize multipliers using Purple line :
the basic strategy is to try and hit a high multiplier with a high bet , while "skipping" the low 0-0.2x multipliers on low bets
easier said than done , though
you can try and experiment with the lines or the number of drops and the bet amounts
in the end it is only your luck that will determine if you win or lose

@jamyr, I think you should know already why you're not getting your reward. Just based on all the history that even we as users can see. At the very least Promo is being very civil and you should work things out on your end and clean it up. I'm not going to take sides, but even the person who views this objectively can see the same as I do. Just be a good player and things may work out.
Can you enlighten me why I am not getting my reward? What do you see base on all the history your talking about? Clean what up?

I've pushed out something which will likely fix the 7x+ quest bug. As for the auto bet issue. I will be looking into this shortly. For now, avoid leaving the autobet tab within bitvest, or switching tabs in your browser. I don't think game speed being changed is its self is the issue.
Just wanted to know what happened to my reward. Tried reaching via pm onsite but been ignored I guess.
