SegWit has gone live at Bitvest! All new users will receive a SegWit address by default. If you are a returning user, after you make a deposit, your next address will be a SegWit one. All old addresses will continue to function as normal indefinitely. Once the majority of transactions we receive are to SegWit addresses, we will be lowering our withdrawal fees. This is expected to happen in the next 2 - 3 days.
What does it mean? If SegWit is gonna live, your transaction will be fast right for its deposit and withdrawal? Does it mean lowering the fee will not affect their process? With the same fee may be after this implementation it will much more faster, but will this be applied for lowering the withdrawal fee?
activation and support of Segwit allows faster and cheaper bitcoin transactions:
https://www.cryptocompare.com/coins/guides/what-is-segwit/once the site supports Segwit addies,it can save on fees,so the average tx fee is lower, thus there is no need to keep withdrawal fees as high as they are at the moment
usually,if the mempool is full, sites are adding their own funds to the withdrawal fees to make sure gamblers recieve their coins faster,
once there are not too many unconfirmed transactions and tx fees are getting lower,it evens out
BUT it is more often than not that dice sites are compensating withdrawal fees from their own pockets,Segwit addresses will make things better for both parties involved
