I hope I'm misunderstanding this post. Are people really touting gambling as an "investment" now? Or was the investment referring to an ICO which would allow real investment in the form of purchasing shares, tokens, whatever you want to call them, of the business operating the website? That could charitably be called investment, though definitely a fringe investment that's even riskier than investing in crypto itself, regardless of how well this particular site may or may not have done so far. If the "investment" is in the fact that the site takes less of a cut from the gambling winnings, and otherwise it's just a regular gambling site, that's extremely misleading. Maybe I'm just confused, I hope so.
yes,you are totally misunderstanding it-investment in bitvest,or any casino that has an investment option
has nothing to do with you gambling,it is you putting your money(investing) into a casino's bankroll
i.e. you share casino's profit
whenever casino makes profit, you get a share of it,calculated based on the amount invested, margin, investment formula etc.
this is a safe and effective way to increase your stash WITHOUT big risks involved,as 1% house edge gives casinos advantage in the long run
(there could be spells when your investment returns negative, due to variances, but it is very rare and requires several whales get extremely lucky)
the longer you keep your money invested, the higher your profit will be
this is not a "get rich quick" scheme,I suggest locking your investments for at least one month
but this is a very good alternative to just storing your coins in your wallet, several bitcoins invested could get you up to 100% ROI in a year
if you want to learn more, register at bitvest and see the investment tab for additional info,or ask any of the moderators, they will be more than happy to help you
