So communicating issues to the support is important for the revival in my opinion.Most of the issue on his reputation is about delay campaign payments and less technical issue against his casino. His mod is very active on the chat box of the casino which covers the technical query of players.
His casino revolves on him while he is a regular too on Bitcointalk. I think the time that he becomes inactive here coincides when he got sick and less active here. Overall, what he really needs is a good campaign manager that will escrow the funds for the campaign to aboid such delays whenever he is not around.
In regards to this, an escrow with payment in advance will provide payments on time and without delay.
