7 days without any answer gotten from them is not normal sight to see and maybe you should keep posting on this thread so that they will be alerted. Sometimes we need to do this since if we rely only on their support chat or in email we will get frustrated on how slow they are solving the issues of their costumers. Hope your issue will be seen by lightlord once he goes online again.

And we all thought that Lightlord is going to have more time and focus, just when we are all praising Lightlord on his last post this happens, this is not really a huge issue compared to what 1XBIT is doing to its clients, but 7 days without an answer is just too much and it can cause depression especially if the complainant has a huge amount to withdraw.
He mentioned that he is more than willing to do KYC or verify his account, hope this issue will not take more weeks before it is settled

There's been a problem recently with the slow support response. Send them again a message of your problem. 6 days is already enough to have your first message have a follow-up.

Write them a new message and maybe your older message have been covered by newer messages that's also sending them their problems to the admins, moderators or supports.

Instead of many issues , why not direct PM @lightlord or @Zodiac ? they are getting online mostly now so for sure they will manage to answer or address your issues directly .
i believe that recently the site is down and i think they are still working for some things and update , and also they may be working in the support issues as this has been the problem since last year.
because lightlord confirmed recently to be more active so yes try to PM them here in bitcointalk .

nothing really you can do other than wait. it's good that you posted here too in order for your issue to get more exposure. lightlord just recently came back and there might be a lot of things they need to do/finish hence the response is slow but I still think not replying for a week is unreasonable and unprofessional. I hope they get to you and fix the problem.

I have joined the Bitvest signature campaign for several months and have never been not paid even though the payment is a little late. operating two big gambling sites is not an easy thing, lightlord is really great. As soon as the signature campaign resumes I'm sure trust in him will grow again.
It's not the signature campaign actually that makes people trust a casino, it's just a part of it, no issue on withdrawal and addressing all complaints, and interacting with the community that's what builds a reputation, in fact, we have one casino that is running a signature campaign but all participants and the admins are tagged, let Lightlord resolve all issues interact with the community then do a campaign later, by the way, I'm also part of the campaign for over a year, I like him to run a campaign again but let the community feel that he is back or the team are on track again.

This is not good, customer support is very important for any casino, Bitvest seldom get a complaint like this about Pin code, send PM to Lightlord or Zodiac but posting it here and bumping it will send an alarm to the admin, I hardly forgot my withdrawal  pin code because this very important
you will have to undergo KYC or verification that you are the real owner and the one withdrawing the money.

I think Lightlord is an experienced casino operator, for him to have operated two gambling sites at the same time for a long time he should know how better to take care of health issues but feedback is the best way to keep upgrading any platform. The site needs to win the confidence of its players back by becoming more active on the forum.

It is a big deal because it is not just a normal sickness but it was covid and it affected him brutally. The injections have made him more suffer and this makes hard for him to make a proper communication but he has no bad intention on his casino or to his costumers.

As soon as he recovered he will solve all the on going issues and he promise that he will try his best for the casino to run in a smooth condition because he himself is also sick of repeated complaints from the people that are hard headed or does not have a patience to wait after they have given an instruction of what to do. We know lightlord very well, our trust is still high and wont fade easily.

We were running it lower in hot than normal after the site was brought back online. It should be fairly quick for withdraws in general.
The hot wallet is more topped off now, so things should be getting back to normal.
Such exciting news from the site owner himself lots of us from the forum have been expecting you to come back and good to know everything is under control and site operation will resume soon, am looking forward to when to be able to enjoy the great service from Bitvest. Great explanation dezoel! I was told by someone before who supposedly played at satoshidice and he claimed he did millions of rolls autobetting but I guess this was much later on as you said OR maybe he used the famous Seuntje.

Well, I would say this is still a temporary fix because he has to do it all the time and what happens if he fell sick again ( I hope it never happen) just for the assumption though. I bring it just to remind that its time for an update to the casino and its time to make some automation in their system so there won't be any drop in the traffic into the site.

I respond to this the way I will respond to so many posters here. It is perfectly all right to bring up issues, but posting about it over and over again does not help in any way, 1 or 2 people made the point very well, but 50 people (who are not even users) repeating the post is just sharing their opinion which nobody asked for. Especially like you did, we were discussing autobetting and then you changed the subject back to the most non-constructive post ever beating a dead horse.

I don't use auto bets because I feel the adrenaline will be less with the auto rolls but it different for every individuals. Bitvest is pretty decent casino which is here for very long time but only in the recent times they are having difficulties related to withdrawal process due to exhausted hot wallet which is also happening for a legitimate reason I beleive so no need to panic if you are okay with your experience there.

The very first website was satoshidice and they did not have any autobet. In fact they didn't even have off-chain gambling, it was on-chain which means that you sent money to an address and it sent money back to you if you win and kept your money if you lost.

That is what the dice game started from, satoshidice being as primitive as it gets compared to this day. After that just-dice and primedice started and they were off-chain for the first time, but they didn't have automatic betting on their first version, then they developed quickly and implemented the autobetting feature. In fact they didn't have it for a while so that is why seuintjie built an autobet bot for those places that didn't have any.

Now, obviously all of them have it and I use it frequently when I gamble because I know what I am going to do and I do not want to change my strategy mid gambling so I use the bot to take the emotions out of gambling to be more safe.

In my opinion In this case light lord must hire some person/ a friend to manage the casino if he will be sick again or on vacation to avoid technical issues again. There are too many ways to prevent this kind of situation but it's up to light lord. But I believe that this issues will happen because of an unpredictable, illness came to the owner of this casino.
It's nice to we that this casino will be okay again.

Yes it seems to be temporary as usual, IIRC the issue was happening even before Lightlord having health issue due to vaccination.
The only way to have it fully fixed is that Lightlord should refill the hotwallet regularly before it is getting emptied.

I don't know if he have enough employees handling this casino but if they are lacking on workforce then its  good to hire another person to watch those areas where people mostly send their questions and problems since if they put active worker there for sure they cannot receive any hate message came from affected person and they can gain positive reviews in support side if someone is active solving those inquiries and issues happen to their casino.
I do not know either but it seems he does not have enough employees. It is difficult to manage one or two sites simultaneously without help from other people and that needs more time to handle. If he can delegate his jobs, that will help him do something else and not just try to do all things alone. I wonder what he will do in the next update and who knows, he will give some surprise to his loyal members.

We can say everything is well for that years span but we know there are unpredictable issues that might possibly happen and we see some of it occur when lightlord have issues outside so I guess for betterment of all and to ease the worry of player or end up this discussion about hiring another worker maybe this should be look at by him since its important to have additional work force to handle certain unwanted scenarios.
