7 days without any answer gotten from them is not normal sight to see and maybe you should keep posting on this thread so that they will be alerted. Sometimes we need to do this since if we rely only on their support chat or in email we will get frustrated on how slow they are solving the issues of their costumers. Hope your issue will be seen by lightlord once he goes online again.
And we all thought that Lightlord is going to have more time and focus, just when we are all praising Lightlord on his last post this happens, this is not really a huge issue compared to what 1XBIT is doing to its clients, but 7 days without an answer is just too much and it can cause depression especially if the complainant has a huge amount to withdraw.
He mentioned that he is more than willing to do KYC or verify his account, hope this issue will not take more weeks before it is settled
