I don't think that being down is the real problem. Zodiac will probably fix this issue and website will be backup again. He himself said that they both have the backups and also have the database intact so the problem is not with that at all and all of our money probably stays safe here.

The main problem is that, even during a period like this, lightlord did not came in and said anything about it. Don't get me wrong, zodiac saying these things did help out a lot and people felt more comfortable but if Lightlord himself said them it would be even better. To see the website having a problem and lightlord not caring about them at all just furthers the point that he no longer cares about any of this.

Out of curiosity, how would one know who is an active user at BitVest among all the members of this forum? I, for one, started playing there right about the time I first joined their signature campaign, but I have never posted or discussed my BV username publicly on this forum. Just saying.

Just bumping this as the latest official word for anyone coming here looking for news or status of the site.

I totally agree that the signature campaign was doing nothing to help the site and the number of low quality posts in this thread are breath taking.

I also hope Zodiac takes some time while restoring the site to offer some long requested improvements such as revised doge amounts on roulette and having 1 satoshi = 10 tokens for daily challenges.

Of course, anything to improve the wallet situation would be most welcome as well.

@Pseudo-Random: Great point about the sigcampaigners, rare to acknowledge the situation yet also to note the shitposting of this thread to irrelevance for months. Only one or two of them I even know as active users at BV, and those guys actually not once shitposted here about LL. I actually think Zodiac/LL should commission a study to find if there's been any impact since pausing the campaign. My money's on that it actually improved after.

Many questions in our mind are not fully answered by the owner, staff, or in charge of these casinos. But I think must be better if let's wait and give them another day, weeks, or months to respond to all our questions and give some statement if they will come back here in the forum or leave forever.

I hope you are wrong but their behaviour supports what you're claiming. Is the casino is still operating and what about the bankroll investors? I remember that Lightlord is having difficulties related to his health but its been already a quarter year passed still there is no proper response from their side which is a bit weird from the admin of one of the reputed and oldest crypto casino.

Yeah. At least now we know that Zodiac is still in charge of the technical stuff there. However, I'd also like to know what is really going on with this casino? Is Lightlord okay and are they planning to return to this forum ever? I think it would be good if he decided to come back and restart his communication with the community, as he said he would. Generally I don't really care about campaigns, as it's up to them whether they want to continue them or not. However, I believe it's important to keep in regular contact with the community so the casino can maintain a reputation.

The issue has been addressed by him and I think that's really the thing he needs to say.

About the campaign, their main concern is to operate and maintain the casinos that they have and since this is bitvest, that's the main thing in here.

Everyone is interested of knowing the answer for your questions but if he doesn't address that, there's no problem for it and just think that they're good as ended since these companies are already popular.

I would say that it is not even about the fix, they can fix it and that could be done but the reality is that we can't always do this, we need to realize that we are not in a situation like that, we are talking about lightlord barely ever doing anything. The fact that he hasn't responded in months is a big proof of that.

Problems could happen, and zodiac mentioned that they are working on it and they will definitely fix it, they are good at development process of the business, but that is not enough. If zodiac is the new chief then we should know about it, he could be a high level staff as well and we need to know about it, that is very key right now.

Now it's fine that Zodiac has shared something with us and I think it's the new start and about light lord, he is online this day but did not post anything or post an announcement hoping that he is okay now so that these two casinos are working good again. And about the campaigns hope their issues will be fixed as soon as possible.

It's been three months since you posted here and your post is very timely in addressing the issue of casinos being offline but can you address the condition of Lightlord is he still ok will he be back this year and how about the campaign on the two casinos, is there a possibility of the two campaigns continuing, with so many casinos coming in both Bitvest and 777Coin should continue to establish their hold and share in the market.

Site does appear to be offline as you say, Cloudflare issues, but I've seen this before as well.

The timing's definitely interesting, though this thread's been really full of shitposts for the last few months. I had almost nothing left in here, invests were pulled out as I usually do every few months, but still a modest sum of BTC I'd have preferred to have back.

Yes it looks so coincidence, but as I can see lightlord is still online in this forum few minutes ago so he is still monitoring here and I believe he is aware of the situation in his casino and perhaps he is working to fix right now. Calm down first and wait although it is really unfortunate to see lightlord is still active but he is not willing to give an update on what is going on in his casino since months ago. His older site 777coin is still working normally, so lets have positive thinking first.

Edit: OK it is good now since Zodiac has confirmed about the situation.

The array for our server which contains the OS, general configuration, and the webserver itself appears to have catastrophically failed. Both disks failed before the rebuilding of the RAID array could be completed. We will be offline for an extended period to restore our site from backups. The expected downtime is over 24 hours.

We do not expect any data to be lost, as our database disks (and the backups) are still working fine.
