I do not know either but it seems he does not have enough employees. It is difficult to manage one or two sites simultaneously without help from other people and that needs more time to handle. If he can delegate his jobs, that will help him do something else and not just try to do all things alone. actually every business may face side shows, they can have bad or good days but what ever happened it is the capacity of the owner and the team how to manage the recovery and response from other players specially when cases are filling up and the answer is badly in need.
i think now that lightlord mentioned being active again? pretty sure that all those doubts from players and investors in His sites will gone and trust will return as the more than 8 years of operation is long enough to prove their trustworthy .
There is no such thing as a sure and stable business what happens to Lightlord can happen to any casino, online casinos can learn from what Lightlord and his two casinos experienced sure they have people working from the main developer or admin of the project but there should be a co-admin or delegated group that can act to maintain the operation of the casino in case something happens to the administrator that will render him not able to issue instructions, but on the positive note, I'm sure there would be changes on how Lightlord and the team will run all their project online after what happens, they will try to regain the momentum and try to maintain their reputation.

It's really difficult if the main developer or administrator is out of action and only the representative or part of the team can address the issue, and the issue than can only be addressed are those they can control but they have no control over the hot wallet and campaign and other important issues, now that Lighlord is active again things will be different he will have to delegate tasks to the team and he will have to escrow funds if he wants the campaign to continue that's what he promised back then.
That is why I hope that we do not have only people who are staff and can't do much in the future again. Lightlord is doing something better to get this done, he is also focusing more on his other projects as well so he might be actually coming back with a bang and he could be doing a lot better in the future. As far as we can see in this forum based on what is happening whenever there is an issue on the site. Lightlord seems to be the one who manage and control almost everything in the casino. Zodiac is known to be the one who help him, I am not sure what is his main job but anything related to payment (deposit/withdrawal) seems to be handled by Lightlord only. I think there is no other official employees in Bitvest, it is better if Lightlord can hire some more people to make the business back with better experience for the users.

This is the second post in a month for you sir I guess you are true to your word that you will give more time and focus more, and it's good that you address this important issue, this has been a nagging issue for Bitvest players, hopefully, this is the start of you getting active again and once you feel better, the signature campaign will start your two casinos hold the longest campaign here in Bitcointalk.
I think lightlord is now okay and fine and all the doubts or problem about this casino and campaigns will nearly solve and I think this is a new start here in forum and I do hope that this issues will not gonna happens again. About the casino I think we can play and bet again. Once again good luck to all bitvest players and campaigns participants.
I'm glad he is and he is interacting again with us, it's really good and add credibility to the casino if the owner is the one addressing the issue and the timing is right, players will trust the casino more, in the case of Bitvest there were a lot of issues, now they are on the way of regaining it if Lighlord keeps doing this and the signature campaign is back, the reputation of the two casinos will go back to what it was.
