I think it may be one or the other, or it may even be both. One thing is for sure, something strange and disturbing is going on. I don't know why Lightlord takes it lightly and doesn't come with an official message to calm the community. I think it would help a lot.
It is not new about lightlord not responding in many issues , He has been called many times but does not respond for most of it .
In reputation and even in scam accusation he just keep ignoring issues , and more in The Signature campaign thread in which he owns clearly, yet not His attitude in giving answers.
The bounty participants are left hanging they are still waiting and they are still hoping for answers because on his last post in the bounty campaigns he promised to escrow the funds and possible continuation the campaign, it's like giving them false hope, participants would better look for other campaigns and stop hoping if he comes back only joined if he escrows the payment or you'll regret it later.
That is the reason why i temporarily left the campaign , as i felt being hanged with lightlord decision making , he agreed to @CryptopreneurBranboss escrowing the funds but up to now have not sending any Penny for the continuation of the campaign so for now i will be going with the flow.
The decision to pause the campaign is a good decision from @CryptopreneurBranboss so the participants can decide by themselves.
Hopefully, after @lightlord solves his problem, he can come back and explain what is happening to him and that could be a good time to restart the campaign.
Once @lightlord escrow the funds, the campaign can restart again so the participants do not have to wait too long to receive the payment.
I wish the best for both @lightlord and the participants.
But yet lightlord is benefiting from that pausing of campaign because still there are many members wear the signature and avatar up to now meaning the gambling site is gaining free advertising while being paused .
this is why some managers try to force the members to remove their signature and avatar once the campaign being paused or hold so the management will decide to continue or not if they are not having free posts from members.
though this is every members prerogative yet the best action must be to completely removed everything.
Removing the signature and avatar can be the solution for the members but yes, that will be the member's prerogative as they can not be forced to release the signature and avatar.
Maybe there will be an update from the manager related to the current situation so that can be a win-win solution for them.
Hopefully, @lightlord can get well soon (if he is sick) or can solve his problem so the members will know if the campaign still continue or paused for an unknown time.

It will be a week after that announcement if you check Lighlord profile he logs in yesterday and the other day, he should at least compensate those who are still wearing this signature code, another month like this and the campaign is considered stopped and Lighlord will get a lot of bad feedback for letting the team hanging in the air, he should value those who still wear the GIF avatar very few members are wearing that and some of them are on Bitvest campaign.
Maybe there will be a bonus for the member who still wearing their signature code so that can make their members happy.
