Probably he may want to take some more time before he restarts his campaigns for the gambling site. His campaigns are paid in Bitcoin and everyone is anticipating a bull run in Nov/Dec 2022. Maybe he can wait a month or two and then starts the campaigns once the bitcoin prices settles down.
If that is the case then he should drop in in the signature campaign thread and tell the participants when he wants to start the campaign, many participants are still wearing the signature and still posting without getting paid if he plans to restart the campaign in December at least let them know they re still hoping for an escrow and start of the campaign anytime.

Now after having few issues in last few months there are many members those already shifted but still numerous community players still love to enjoy on these casinos because here the biggest advantage is we don't need KYC, and they have some good number of games. Right now biggest issue is @lightlord health he is coming online on daily basis but no one have any statement about his health so just because of this it's all moving around here. Hopefully in near future we will have some better announcement and updates from his side because he is legit person but sadly currently having bad and some serious confusion for time being.

You're right he should have a reliable and trusted assistant to handle things, he should start trusting people, to handle money for them, it could be a relative or a close friend, Bitvest and 777Coin have huge transactions funds coming in and coming out there it should be monitored and handled properly, I hope in a month's time things will be back to normal and Bitvest and 777Coin operation will be normalized.
If he can't trust on anyone outside his family, why not he give some responsibility to his family or siblings to handle the financial matters in his absence.

There are some mate and there are even player above in which claims to be not having a chance to withdraw and with His desperation he continues to Play and then losing all His funds so now he will never come back and play In bitvest because of that saddest experience .

Yes. A person's health is the most important factor. And obviously, we all wish the lightlord a speedy recovery. There is no doubt about that.
The main question is, is it normal for a casino with a long-standing reputation like Bitvest to rely on just one person? Should we risk our money at such a casino? If the hot wallet is empty, why is there no notice on the site? At least that would discourage new deposits. People aren't comfortable with their money being stuck on some sites and reliant on the health of a single person.

Lightlord is running two biggest gambling sites but it makes me surprise that he is handling all the matters of these tow sites himself. He should have hired manager who could look after the people issues and also money management. Maybe a lot of this work can also have bad affect on his health.

Lightlord situation applies to every admin, developer, and manager, they should have a delegation of authority for the continuation of the project, any project can lose its reputation and what they build for years in just a day and when this happens it's hard to build it up again I still see bounty hunters wearing their signature and still posting I see the two gambling sites still with a lot of bettors, but can they keep up without Lightlord for another month.
this will surely serve as best example for every gambling site owner to always keep track of the funds , at least there are emergency allocated funds in case issues like this occur .the system may detect the emptiness of the Hot wallet and will automatically filled incase , example after 1-3 days of having withdrawal problem then the system will read this situation and will refill the wallet .

I pray lightlord's situation will get better and as he said, things would come back to normal once he's recovered.
I'll also pray that he'll regain his health, in a deleted post, he mentioned that he is getting better so we will have him in a month's time so far all is good in his two casinos I hope no more scam accusations coming in and he'll find a way to take care of business even if he is away by having one of his relatives overlooking it.
I admire his promoters for the patience and loyalty they have shown even if the campaigns are paused, they will soon be rewarded for their loyalty.
