Also, if they decide to implement withdrawals to few e-wallets, other people will complain that their e-wallet is not support by BK8. Let's see how BK8 decides about this.

By the way BK8 offers withdraws in crypto so you can send withdraw to any crypto / bitcoin of your personal wallet or any exchange bitcoin address. I hope that would serve the purpose.

I don't think all can be converted into money as not all prizes are generic. For example the RVP jersey, and other collectibles like:

It's difficult to give a fair monetary value to these things.

My guess is that the ToS is generally applicable, but there are some exceptions depending on the promotion. It's good that now we know the option to convert items into money exists for some promotions (region ID, monthly wagering prize). For other promotions, it would be best to ask the support directly.
