The casino you are advertiser is required (KYC) go look their term & condition. Any casino-site who are required you regitser to their site is always 99% have KYC-policy (they always noted you, in-some condition). You want to really without KYC, you should go to decentralized casino while everything is on-chain (most the time is on-chain dice or jackpot with RTP).

You can write about, you don't like KYC in casino. But the reality they can ask you KYC, like it or not.
Let's take a philosophical approach to the issue.
Why should players play using cryptocurrencies and not remain anonymous? Wouldn't it be easier for them to just use $ or local currencies? In my opinion it’s simpler and more reliable.
Only people who have large fortunes in cryptocurrency can place serious bets in casinos. But such players do not need to lose anonymity at all. So we have an obvious contradiction. Either big bets, identity verification and fiat, or small bets, cryptocurrency and anonymity. And if the game involves cryptocurrency, identity verification and large bets, then such actions by whales and wealthy crypto owners are simply stupid.
The question is, was crypto created for people to gamble anonymously? I dont think so, afaik crypto was created as an anonymous peer to peer payment gateway which I understand it as payment between a person to other person not a person to a company. When it comes to transaction between person to company or vice versa, while the company is licensed or regulated then there must be a term that cant be avoided by the company. We as customers of the company should follow the terms, if we cant follow it then simply we should not use it.
