I see the issue here... the maintenance requirement for the deposit seems too difficult.
However, I believe you can just deposit (maybe 2-5 million IDR) - fulfill the wagering requirement for withdrawal - withdraw.
Do it several times and you won't spend too much money since the deposit/withdrawal also has negligible fees.
In theory, it should be easy, but in practice, it requires more discipline

Isn't being able to increase the VIP rank calculated from the number of bets or the number of bets that have been successfully collected and not from the deposits that have been made by each gambler.

I think it's personalized, based on the wager, VIP level, etc., so what you get would be different than others.
