As I explained before, when you activate auto transfer, you will not receive the bonus promos automatically. So, if you forget to claim after making deposit, and you are remember few minutes later after your money is less than the minimum, then you cannot claim, unless you add a deposit and then claim according to the minimum and maximum limits applicable for promo. Another explanation has also been given by @ryzaadit. This is only for claims the promos, once you have successfully claimed, you are free to activate auto transfer again.
