But this friend of mine was a 100% honest person, and based on the results of a complaint to support and a small correspondence with support, everything was restored.

I think that BK8 support is professional enough to figure it out and make the right decision. So just state your claim in detail and everything will be decided, as I think.

of course i asked them several times what was the reason and how i violated any rules since im fully verified in the site, i dont even touch casino or games. just sportsbook with small amounts, never taken a bonus.. but all the live help replies are just template messages and nothing specific to the situation.anyway.. i wrote to curacao too, their licence provider (which is a joke anyway).so theres no single way that i commited a fraud . they know my ID and all. i challenge them to announce the fraud that i commited here on public then, but they just can not. to be honest i couldnt care less about 300-400 bucks but being ripped off this shamelessly pisses me off

Every business should really be having that fair and square kind of decisions whenever they do handle out issues and situations similar to this.You cant really blame them on whatever decisions or conclusions they

might end up but the community wont really be that blind if ever the decision was made was a little bit off or odd.You could really contest out for your right if you do really know that you dont have any violations or
issues but if you do and its been proven then there's nothing you can do but to deal on what the team had decided out.

BK8 wont last long on this market if they are doing totally shit in all scope, not only on support but also into their service as well.

Have you guys checked the new bk8 site? I'm surprised it has massive rework:

Slots now have RTP information, and the skin is cleaner, the site is faster.
Note that I didn't check individual RTP (whether it's accurate), so you guys should do it by yourself

The BK8 sports also has better skin IMO.

OTP is needed when we want add withdrawal address only if I remember it correctly. Once we have added our address, we can withdraw without any other OTP. I'm not sure for the current situation though because its been a long time since my last withdrawal but I guess there is no change for this thing.

i just made a withdrawal of 716 usdt here. it was rejected after a while. live help said that it was some technical issues ( as everyday since like 10 days cos of the maintenances) and i could withdraw it all in a while. i tried again after a while and now this time they said i `violated` some terms and i could withdraw only less than half of it and they would close my account after that. i never use any bonuses, only bet some small amounts as a hobby. so that violating thing is a total excuse for theft.
so i said anyway and withdraw whats left from they stole, and even without sending it, they closed my account. live help is a total joke and i think its just a bot, not a real person.
so they kinda stole all my money. wrote to their licence provider, even they are a joke with an awful site but lets see what happens
