If the OTP system is still not working as what it should be, I think the best alternative option the replace the OTP is 2FA. It is more convenience for players to use authenticator for withdrawal. The feature to add new withdrawal address is basically good (similar to indodax) so players do not need to copy paste their address for the next withdrawal. However, it has disadvantage as well because it might be something complicated especially if the OTP system is not working well. Hopefully they will change this OTP system to a better system or at least make it works well without contacting support to add the address manually.

I think you should make a Scam Accusation to them in this board, Just follow the format and have some proofs t hat they are ripping you off. There are many cases that have been solved because casino here are protecting their reputation and they won't sacrifice 300-400 bucks for it. You wrote to their license provider, It would be easy to make a scam accusation to them. Also, Many casino won't tell what you have committed or the reason why they ban or restricted you but once they are on a hot discussion, They will most likely be announcing it.

BK8 has an official account here I believe they are monitoring this problem and trying to confirm it to the security team

Logically it is impossible for Casino to forbid users for no reason while they continue to make advertisements to attract new customers.

There’s already a thread to address this issue and I’m sure BK8 can handle this professionally, he just need to wait for sometime to resolve this case. Restricting someone will always be fall with the terms and conditions, if he didn’t violate anything, then his account should be back to normal but again it should be on process. Bk8 and the team already looking into this matter, they won’t ruin their reputation for this, there must be a reason.

Why won't you take a bonus? It is not wrong as long as you don't abuse them and who knows, that bonus might help you find that huge multiplier you are hunting but I am still wondering on how you experience an issue when you know to yourself that you are clean.

We can't just believe you right away because many of us here knows the reputation of this gambling site you are accusing with but I don't know maybe they are turning bad lately? That's still possible but their forum accounts should be tagged immediately to give an extra warning about the others that are planning to play but let's see if many bk8 players experienced the same thing as you.

Yes, this is a bit complicated and takes about 20-30 minutes and I still recommend that once the new address has been successfully added should try a small withdrawal.

I just tried to add crypto and it still can't be done instantly. No matter how many times you send the OTP, no OTP codes comes in. I think this is because crypto doesn't have a name in the address added, so the team decided to verify by doing this method manually/contacting CS. It's not complicated, if we are thinking about security of our account. Doing this little thing can make sure your account really wants to add a crypto address.

If you've done it, and haven't gotten a good answer in your opinion, actually you shouldn't be too easy to say web A is a scam, web B is a scam and so on. Sometimes, attitude will provide a better solution than saying negative things or being suspicious. Thank you for providing the information. I had to enter the OTP code manually when I set my Bitcoin withdrawal address at Bk8 casino. Every business should really be having that fair and square kind of decisions whenever they do handle out issues and situations similar to this.You cant really blame them on whatever decisions or conclusions they

might end up but the community wont really be that blind if ever the decision was made was a little bit off or odd.You could really contest out for your right if you do really know that you dont have any violations or
issues but if you do and its been proven then there's nothing you can do but to deal on what the team had decided out.

BK8 wont last long on this market if they are doing totally shit in all scope, not only on support but also into their service as well.

Have you guys checked the new bk8 site? I'm surprised it has massive rework:

Slots now have RTP information, and the skin is cleaner, the site is faster.
Note that I didn't check individual RTP (whether it's accurate), so you guys should do it by yourself

The BK8 sports also has better skin IMO.

OTP is needed when we want add withdrawal address only if I remember it correctly. Once we have added our address, we can withdraw without any other OTP. I'm not sure for the current situation though because its been a long time since my last withdrawal but I guess there is no change for this thing.

It's normal, "CASINO" is not exchange for deposit and withdraw only. If you do that, your account are gonna to marked as "money laundry" and cannot process withdraw. It's same happened on other casino as well.
