i connected live support before deposit asked why my betting limits are low, they said it depends on your balance. if you deposit, limits will be higher.

@efe1 If I understand it correctly, your total deposit is what that count and is currently discussed.
When they ban an account they usually return the deposit just for "good intentions" as long as the players haven't made profits from the site.
In your case, even if they confiscate your recent balance, you are still in profit, so they won't return your deposit.
