Physical stuffs are not favorite things for most of people especially those who are seriously care about their privacy. They would prefer to receive bonuses in free spins, cryptocurrency that can be credited directly to their accounts. They won't have to submit their locations to receive physical stuffs.
I don't think prize physical is not good, people can accepted. Even my self, If the prize is bigger like car don't mind sharing my address (But, for a small prize like Tshirt, Card, etc) just skipping that.
Or better still, if the casino be so kind enough, i believe it wont be out of place to if one ask them to send the T-shirt's money worth instead, though i think this is will be difficult to do for majority of the casinos.
Once, ive won a T-shirt from a local casino, they asked for my address so they can mail it over, i told them to send the money worth of the T-shirt instead, unfortunately, they refused, i ignored them, but a friend of mine once won a gasoline generator, when he was called upon, he told them that he wasnt in town, that they should send the money to him if they dont mind, and the money worth of the generator was sent to him in our local currency though.
