But almost certainly you have not carefully read the conditions of the game in the casino. Since BK8 is indeed a large and reputable casino, it will not behave in a way that will unreasonably deny players winnings. You just need to deal with the casino support in more detail. I think that the support will explain in more detail the reason why you are not paid the winnings.

I want to share my experience when I had problems when depositing using QR.

BK8 support is very cooperative regarding deposits and withdrawals. Some time ago, I had problems making a deposit. support team are contacted me every day to ask, monitor and ensure because i've reported if the deposit I've send doesn't come to my account. Since Then, the team asked me to try to contact the e-wallet provider and tell me to explain the chronology of the problem when I sent the money, and never received by BK8. As a result, the problem was solved, I got a refund from the e-wallet provider. It's a good experience, because the team is always ready to solve the problems of its customers.

Well ok, they probably have points in their T&C allowing them to behave this way, but what would you do if you were me? Just shrug your shoulders and acccpet that they took all your winnings because the terms allow them to do whatever they want? I want to at least try to get my funds back, especially since I have no clue what I did wrong.

Maybe you can check their T&C on this page, https://www.bk8btc.com/tnc#term15 maybe you are violating one of their conditions. if you didn't get any answer from Livechat, try to check their contact us pages, maybe you can see how to contact them from your country. Since for Indonesian, i can contact them from telegram or even using whatsapp. But mostly I have a solutions from bk8 telegram support. Better to contact support directly than contacting @roycilik, IMO.
