When you make or have a sha-256 password isn't it considerably strong enough not to be hacked? There are many friends who have a password of this style for each site if it supports it (of course, it forces them to have it copied somewhere on their PC, smartphone or other) which also brings vulnerability, if on the contrary they have this option and with the 2FA security layer that they are already talking about, I think that with that security it is enough so that you can protect yourself, and also if the login establishes it to give permission through mail and through an sms.

Yes I mean 2FA (Two factor authentication) for crypto withdrawal this is applied to every new withdrawal address this should be safer

That is great since hackers cannot withdraw the funds. But it is still not enough, passwords should have less restrictions for it to be stronger (user's choice of course).
If ever there was an account that was hacked through the weak password he choose, since the hacker has control to the account, there is a big possibility that the hacker will gamble your money without your knowledge. I don't think anyone would want that.

The thing is, please, allow the users to have better password choice. Do not put these kind of password restrictions.

I do not know if you have tried to create an account, but I am sure you will notice the password restrictions if you did.

I have checked the script in the password column, the password is only a maximum of 12 words without special characters but if you use random characters it will be difficult to guess the password, we don't even remember if we don't save the password in an important file (don't auto save the password in the browser).

I found something new, password changes on registered accounts can contain a maximum of 50 characters, very cool.

What I am trying to say is that the password choice is very limited since the password maximum length is only 12 characters. They also do not allow to use special characters (which really helps to improved the strength of the password). Those are major concerns regarding password.
I do not know if you have tried to create an account, but I am sure you will notice the password restrictions if you did.

If the restricted came from provider we still can register to the casino, If the restricted came from casino should be not allowed even with VPN or etc. I still can't get it that method from them.

As pointed out by roycilik previously, the problem exists for Indonesian players only due to the OTP system. I'm not sure it is the system in bk8 or the system related to Indonesian providers. The OTP is needed when you need to add a crypto withdrawal address only and it can be added manually by contacting live support. It take few minutes only, so basically it is not a big problem.

Live support is fast response, just contact them. I also have experience deposit problem, fixed it not really take a long day just wait until they update the system for OTP problem.
