Are residents from the Philippines cannot register and play on your site? I am trying to create an account however I cannot see the Philippines on the country options, and of course I cannot see the Peso currency option on the list. I thought giving the country of bank and preferred currency was only for those who wanted to use fiat currency, how about those who wanted to play with cryptocurrencies?

But for the Philippines not appearing on country options, I'm checking with the team. Will get back to you shortly.  Wink

Good, I think it's going to be a win-win situation for the platform and gamblers from the Philippines as obviously this community has a lot of Filipino gamblers around and that it is situated with big and high end casinos:

https://www.rwmanila.com/
http://www.solaireresort.com/
http://www.solaireresort.com/

So they know their gambling very much and for sure they would love to try some on BK8 platform specially slot machines.

@Peanutswar according to the admin reply in the Issue of KYC it was mentioned that KYC is not mandatory for users and it's only required for those who want to deposit and play using centralized paper money on the sites that is those who want to use bank or master cards to make deposits to the site.

I don't think verification only applies to centralized currencies. There is not a word about it in their Term of Service, and it looks like it applies to all users:

Quote
6.6 We reserve the right to request further evidence of identification and age from you to verify your Membership Application (e.g. valid picture identification). If there is any change to your information details, you shall notify us of the relevant change immediately.

6.7 We reserve the right to confirm your name and address by post. The Company may, at our discretion, undertake additional security checks against any information that you provide. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you give consent for The Company to access, use and store any identification verification or checks that may be made against you.

From what I have observed, there is no casino that divides users into those who use fiat money and crypto. ToS simply affects all users of a given casino and is the same for everyone.

Bottomline, if you do want to play on this site, be ready to submit those documents if needed.
Because from what I have seen here in most casinos, sometimes when the player is winning big, the casino will freeze your account so you can comply with their KYC requirements.
They may not require you at the start of depositing funds to their site, but later on, they may implement it on your account.
Their basis is always on their ToS. So if you are not comfortable sending your docs, better find another casino that can cater your gambling activities.
But there are sites which doesnt really ask out KYC even when you do win up hundreds of thousands which is great but couldnt really deny that there are ones who do really end up on requesting up
which as a user/winner wont really be having any choice but to deal or comply with it yet you wont really be having any choice. So its better to read up on terms first and if you dont like it then
skip out and find for another one which is just like a typical stuff to make.

Of course there are fully anonymous casinos that will never ask you for KYC verification. However (what I know) all casinos that have a license are required to have a specification in the regulations that KYC verification may be required at any time. If they did not have such a information in their term of service, they could simply lose their license.

I used to choose USD as the base bet and I didn't get any promotions including rakeback the best way to find out is to ask to support, they will direct you which countries get a promotional offer.
International users also have promotions, including daily cash rebate. It's there on the promotion page this March, perhaps when you play with USD it wasn't there or perhaps you have to click "JOIN NOW" to activate... Not sure. But yeah, international members only have the "base promotion set," whereas local players can enjoy the base promotions + local promotions.

it is better for this to be added because I believe that Philippines is a large gambling people in which must be added in theirs .
Agree, PH has a good market for gambling, but perhaps it's related to license/regulation, so BK8 didn't create a specific region for PH. You know opening specific region means users must be able to deposit/withdraw using local fiat currency.

As player I would be agreed if all promotions applied to all players no matter which currency they play. This way, all players are served equally and there will be no jealousy between players. Hopefully they can implement it as soon as possible although I believe bk8 has specific reason why the promotions is limited to one or two currencies only.

We already discussed some time ago almost all promotions are only available in asia and Philippines were never mentioned in the promotion that's why I suggest asking first
The reason may be that BK8 target market is the Asian region and as far as I know not all countries get the same offer it can be found on the promotion page.
I see campaign participants have to create an account and some of them are outside asia maybe this information is important.

Hi Eureka, Im James from BK8 support, thank you for asking.
Let me answer who wanted to play with cryptocurrencies question first. Cryptocurrency is just a deposit and withdrawal option, so mean if I'm a Singaporean, I register at BK8, country I select Singapore, currency I select Singapore Dollar(SGD), after I success register, I can use crypto to do deposit and withdrawal. The Singapore and SGD I selected during register mean I also can withdraw to Singapore local bank, or deposit using SGD.
So in summary, anyone with crypto can select your own country and deposit/withdraw with crypto. Hope it answer your question Eureka.

But for the Philippines not appearing on country options, I'm checking with the team. Will get back to you shortly.  Wink

Nice statement  Wink  I want to add based on my experience, before choosing local currency better pay attention because not all currencies/country get promotional offers

I was also surprised to see that the Philippines is not on the list while all other Asian nations are included. So I try to scroll down if this is just a mistake, but then again it was not really included in the list.

Maybe this is just a mistake on the part of the gambling platform as Philippines is more crypto friendly than other nations, it even has 3 biggest casinos.
I tried to register today as well, but yes Philippines is not included on the list. Im hesitant to use other country because mobile number is also required and its likely to have a verification. So there's no way we can register? I just want to try this casino because they launch a signature campaign and discovered I dont have account on this site yet but its sad that we cant register.

I think in the future the casino will have a representative in the Philippines since they make up for a large percentage of gamblers in recent statistics.

BK8 will have to do a lot of improvements and possible adjustments in the rules as it is confusing and being mid interpreted by many users.

It must be done , as I said the Philippines has a huge gambler base in asia BK8 definitely realized the potential can't be missed
I've asked through support there isn't an official site there yet I suspect this is indeed related to regulations somehow they prefer Indonesia ,Malaysia , Thailand , Cambodia and Vietnam.

But for the sake of wandering and discovering something then you wont really be having no choice but to input false information although its not really tolerable because we do know the certain risks
when you do gave out false information and if you do find out that you do like to play on the site then play with those risks that you had done. Ive seen some people been complaining about
asking full name when you do register which it doesnt really look appealing at all.

Using a fake name doesn't mean it never existed, we can use the names of people around us for example our brothers so if at any time needed it can be resolved
Initially BK8 only used fiat currency so real names are really needed for bank transactions but recently crypto was added as a deposit and withdrawal method
and the real name is still needed as the initial standard as a fiat casino.

Same here, but if the site will not ask for KYC, then maybe it's okay to use a different country or in short provide fake information?
I know the risk, of course, that's bypassing the rules of the site, but anyone who likes to try the platform may try to fake their information, so I want to ask, how serious is it? and what would probably be the sanction if the site found out about it?
^ It is impossible that you can bypass them or even provide fake information.
Upon registering they will ask your email address and phone number which is surely by determining which country you are through the first country-code number by the mobile number. So if you will provide fake information but you can't provide them what they ask or still you will determine by them because of the IP address that you have used not unless if you use VPN but that is now a different story which is VPN is also not allowed.

Giving false information also doesn't seem like the best thing to do to be able to play at a site after all. I also don't think it is very nice to gamble on a site in the knowledge that you have provided false information there. Then you know that sooner or later problems will arise. The KYC is something almost every casino asks or can ask. And if they find out that you are committing fraud, your account will be blocked and with a bit of bad luck you will also lose your entire deposit.

Trying out to register on the site on using up other credentials specially on that phone number section which there are lots of countries which isnt included on the list also included mine too on where

you couldnt possibly able to register if you couldnt input a valid one but i do make use of some example mobile phone in internet ex. Thailand which i do make use as my information and input up

fake name too just for the sake of seeing overall site design and functionality. They do have fiat and crypto options as a way of payment which is great.
Site itself isnt bad looking and the functionalities as well.

That's why I'm thinking of putting in some fake credentials so I could explore the site because it's not the kind of site that you can explore even you are unregistered, you need to be registered to be able to explore the who market of the sites, I'm talking about the sports betting.

I don't see the Philippines on the ban list and for currency you can make a deposit/withdraw use USDT the TRON network
Some users here avoid local banks you can check the discussion about it in this thread. It's a bit strange that BK8 doesn't have a representative in the Philippines because as far as i know philippines one of asian gambling base.
