I've suggested this option through the live support months ago when I did not receive the OTP code by SMS.
IIRC the support said that she will forward the suggestion to the management.
Hopefully they will be able to implement it in the future, as it will be very helpful to players in case we need verification code.
For now, the live support is more than enough to help users who experience the OTP issue.

Oh so the OTP problem affects Indonesian users only, I thought it affects all users from all countries. I experienced the same when I created my account and live support helped me to solve it quickly. Perhaps they have to add other option to receive the code when we want to add withdrawal address. SMS delivery problems do exist in some countries. There are far more of them than email problems. Therefore, it is preferable to do confirmation by e-mail. And it would be nice if the BK8 devs began to take this into account and make such an option without the need to use a mobile phone.

Other casinos does that. Betfury was the latest (I encountered) to implement blocking access from PH and other areas because of the problem with providers but still allow us to play in other slots that has no issue.

Yes, it is the decision of each member. However, if you look at @BK8.Official's previous post, members from the Philippines can still register through other local websites. Hopefully the representative will explain whether the use of a VPN to access and register is allowed in BK8. If this doesn't violate website rules, I don't think this is a problem. Again, members have their own decisions. Regarding the phone number, as far as I know it is not mandatory. CMIIW

Thats unfortunate but if thats their decision on why Philippines is excluded then we need to respect that. Its true that some providers are not able to support our country but there are still many providers that we are allowed and can enjoy the games. So I hope they reconsider this in the future.

I've registered with BK8 and to be honest I don't really mind the cellphone number that must be entered on the registration form. But it can be a little uncomfortable when you get calls about promotions from the site at times you don't want to, like being together with family.

But I doubt it that there would be calls or sms from bk8 themselves just for the promo, the promos would certainly go through the emails but not really with the phone that has been used for signing up.

Maybe they're going to consider that in the future. Like those easy registration if you've got a gmail and other websites that they could be tied up and you just have to connect it.
