Most of the time I'm playing pragmatic play only in bk8 but sometime I play play n go when I'm bored with pragmatic.

However, in "Stake" I don't see any problem at all. But seem like since in BK8 you're opening the slot with a new tabs make the slowly lag is showing up, I don't think my Laptop is the problem because I have ROG Gaming. There are 3 factors that cause this to happen, Internet, PC, and Server. we can't do anything when happening with the Internet and Bk8 server, when trouble with the PC, I usually restart the PC after 3 hours of playing the game. Because the game needs much memory to keep in RAM. When PC it's enough to load it and overcapacity makes it lag and slow. Usually, after a restart, It will back to normal, but it's just my opinion, it depends on the PC specification.

It is still available in my end, here is the proof:

Last one was today at 10 am as you can see in the above screenshot. I played yesterday after my last play last week and today I got the rebate as usual.
The rebate for normal member (lowest vip level) is 0.2% for slot games.
Lets say you have wagered 5 million IDR in slot with 5% house edge , the formula should be 0.2%*5%*5,000,000 = 500 IDR
If my calculation is correct, it is normal if you get no rebate because the minimum payout for the rebate is 1,000 IDR

Do you mean daily rabate? these weeks I haven't been active there but this program is still active on the promotions page at least for the next 9 days
