That should be part or the business where there is always a risk for the casino side. They have adopted crypto as payment method, so basically they are ready for the risk. There is also bitcoin as one of deposit method, means that price changing is not something they are worried about. I also believe there is always a way to minimize the risk of price changing. They can simply use direct conversion of any crypto deposit to fiat like what is implemented by some casinos.

I think that every casino should have a special accountant that keeps all its financial status and considers everything that is crypto, but it can never be left behind.

You are right, if they include crypto, I imagine they have good backup, perhaps for BTC they have a different custodian, perhaps in those cases they can protect themselves, although the fall in prices is a common denominator, we can attest that in the world of BTC and cryptocurrencies these things are the common denominator, but just as many casinos have the option of crypto they have their ways of having it without being decapitalized, it is nothing more than having risk management well established.
