My order was shipped on the 15th, however I only just got the email now, and according to the tracking delivery was already attempted... Good that it came, lack of information causes me to wait another day...

I just got notified my X1 had been sent 3 days ago And probably going to be delivered tomorrow if the Dhl tracking is correct. Unfortunately I am on holiday until early next week at the other end of the country . From BA order #207

My 3 X-1's showed up Tuesday from Minersource. I initially had issues with 2 of them, all arrived with firmware 1.0 after upgrading to 1.4 (newest at the time ) they settled down for the most part. I'm think the thermal paste may of not cared for the shipping as they were overheating. One of the units does randomly reboot without any signs that its overheating and has a higher percentage of errors but I'm letting it run for another night before I see what the wait time is on a replacement. The instructions listed on Minersource are incorrect as they now are setup to run off of DHCP so the 192.168.0.180 IP is incorrect for the current shipping units. Checking your DHCP table on the router is the best way to do this to my knowledge look for new "android-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" devices or do an "arp -a" at a command promt and all of my BA devices MAC address start with ba-ac-08-44. As mentioned before you do have to individual select each unit to update the firmware....in my case I had to log into each IP and update it for what ever reason. It would be a nicely crafted unit unlike the BFL single heat sink hack jobs....but without the LCD or some type of cover for the hole its glares out unfinished but at this point that is a mute point. They are also very quiet units.

It's pretty clear at this point that this "David" character is just a completely unprofessional piece of shit who only chimes in to troll.

IIRC David was a customer like us who went to the dark side to help BA with their ticket system. I can only assume he received his miners and probably bailed.

All right, there are 18 posts by you since last update on 06.07. with no news. Everyone is too busy to write updates, X-3 is in production, Rent-A-Minion will start when X-3 shipping starts...

So no answers about production updates, how many miners shipped etc. Even the few people who got their miners directly from BA didn't get informed about the shipment. And most of the X-1s currently delivered don't work as specified.

I don't know how BA will survive this disaster. 5 months of delay, every single deadline missed, no direct information to customers since delay began, weekly updates on forums and website delayed or missed and finally delivering more or less broken miners.

I can help you out David if you aren't seeing all of the complaints over on, "the forum"?  Would you like me to post some of the ones that stand out over here?  I just looked through the most recent page, and I would say that at least 75% of the posts are cursing your companies name and are hating their guts.  While the other 25% are things like. "+1" or "yea".  Sounds like things are going real smoothly.  Also not X-3 STILL!  That backplane sure worked out didn't it?  Oh what?  It did work and they are all currently running in house...who woulda thought?in

Debitme, you left out a percentage for the ones that have miners that they can't get to hash, or they are only stable at 800 MHz (80 ghs), or have many HW errors, or trouble updating software....

He's the most reputable mouthpiece they got.  And that's not saying much. 

He and BFL Josh probably give each other the reach around, to see who can divert the customers attention the most, with their fake update ass fucking.
