At least BFL started blogging the order dates they were up to..
Pfff... 120...why we get no explanation...thousands of dollars and no update no time they say...wtf are they doing all te time...
Seems like my miners are on their way. Just got tracking info from BA which seems to have been on its way since the 12th.. and is now in my country.
Sadly they didnt get my updated address. This means that DHL has been trying to deliver the package for the last 2 days.. just not where I live any longer.
Anyways, should hopefully get them tomorrow.

So from the other persons order number they are between 120 and 207 (My order number) at the moment getting all the orders out before the End of this month may be a little impossible. As all orders are not X1's and people would really not buy more than 1-2 X1's (or they would buy an X3) maybe under 50 X1's have gone out (estimate which may be quite wrong)

P/S: i have many problem with customs because package do not have any infomation about manufacturer, orgin of goods... there is no label, no info on case.

While it's nice you're updating your customers, can you please take the time out to address my PM/support ticket that I sent you regarding my refund. I'd really appreciate it. As I mentioned in my letter, I'd rather not air dirty laundry on the forums but from what I've seen it seems the only way to get a reply

man, am i glad i jumped ship. got my new psu`s set up and s3`s should be on their way in about 1.5 weeks

What a disaster. Months of delays and they are shipping miners now that don't even work.
I got both mine today... I placed the order early directly with BA.
So far, the cgminer needs updated but the in app update isn't working... So... I have a lot of hardware errors and rejects...

Well, my new guess is we never get X3s but instead get an offer to upgrade to new efficient PCI based miners, with 5x the hashing power, cost only 5BTC to upgrade.
Order now or lose your place in the queue! Haha. At least with Josh we got disdain, trolling and sarcasm. With BA we just get the cold shoulder.
They didnt even break up with us via text or email. Just poof, out in the rain with a cold and lonely power supply.
As if we didnt need more red flags, the page for the X3 still says its a preorder that will ship around May 15th 2014:

Do you know what is such a sad state of affairs? Back in November I was looking at three companies that had miners I could order for Feb 2014 delivery. I wanted to order from Bitmain but they were sold out and I didn't know when then next batch was coming. Also the S1 was only 180 GHs and the other guys were 1 to 2Th.
So instead I looked at Blackarrow, Hashfast, and Cointerra. Of those three dogs I thought BA had the least fleas. Forward to today. Hashfast is bankrupt, Cointerra is going down fast, and Blackarrow is slowly sinking. Bitmain is the only one that is thriving.

I would not start celebrating just yet. Blackarrow said they would not do any refunds until after shipping all orders. Have they sent you the BTC? If so please post the tx.id
And at this rate of shipping, refunds should start around Christmas.
