Blackjack.fun is not promoting it hard. I just notice it when I visit on their telegram channel right after their share the official telegram link here. It’s my first time to here giveaway.com because gleam is commonly use for this kind of giveaways with task. It's still a blessing that this giveaway fill slowly so that user can still onboard here. It's an indication also that no one is abusing the campaign by doing multiple entries.

I agree with you. They definitely need to add a dedicated customer support team. The current situation is not sustainable. There should always be someone available to answer customer questions. This way, it can't lead to long wait times for customers and won't lead to frustration when customers don't get the help they need quickly.

Actually there is an admin who is always online there, although not every hour but he always comes to check the site performance but he has no full control he only holds a few features, for example if the problem is on a deposit or withdrawal, only the site owner has control.
